  I travel to the keys at least 5 times a year and I spend most of my life traveling throughout the country for work. I have stayed in many different hotels, B&Bs, condos and houses when I have traveled to the keys/Key West and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. This condo is equipped with every thing you could ever need, and then some. There are way too many perks to this place to list, so I will list what was most impressive to me. Location is close enough to the Duvall hustle and fun but far enough to be able to disconnect and relax in peace and serenity. The view of the ocean and the pool from all areas of this condo is amazing (living/dining/master bedroom - even the master bathroom has the view to die for)! Every amenity is at your fingertips. Cook, grill, do you laundry, swim in the pool, access to marina to launch your boat or charter a fishing trip right in the marina that is home to this property. The grounds are so well maintained and everyone associated with the property is unbelievably accommodating. The owner is one of the greatest guys you will ever deal with. He communicates and sets you up perfectly for the vacation of your dreams! The condo itself is beautiful. It is very spacious and feels like a modern model home. Everything about the decor of this condo will make you feel so comfortable, you won't want to go home!

  The 4 of us were awed at how beautiful view was from this condo. We loved the shades of blue and green water and the marina to our side. The condo was tastefully and beautifully appointed. It was furnished with all you would need. The location was great. Easy to get to downtown but not as congested and loud. My mother who is 95 enjoyed it there also. Brian was very helpful and got back to us quickly when we needed him. I have been to the Keys several times but this wasthe best place I have ever stayed.

  This was a well-maintained and nicely furnished top floor condo with fabulous ocean views. We really liked being on Stock Island, out of the immediate mad rush in Key West, but close enough to enjoy it without being part of the swarm. We rented beach bikes and rode them downtown to Key West almost every day of our three week stay to enjoy the beach, the sights and all the restaurants. ReCycle is the best place to rent bikes. They have a shop nearby but also deliver and pick up and come out to service the bike at your condo, if you need it. We also enjoyed the local Stock Island restaurants, including The Hogfish Bar and Grill and Roostica (good pizza and a very nice Sunday brunch) and enjoyed drinks and sandwiches and paddle board rentals at Hurricane Hole Bar and Marina. Our kids also rented PWCs there and took the two hour tour around Key West--they were really happy with the tour. Our favorite restaurant in Key West was Blue Heaven, which the owner had recommended--we ate there three times and the breakfast was especially good. There was also a nice little French bistro, La Creperie, right across the street from Blue Heaven that was really good and a good value. We also really enjoyed The Cafe, A Mostly Vegetarian Place--super nice people and great food. Although we ate out a lot, we also cooked in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed many meals on the big table on the patio, again with great views. The pool and hot tub at the condo were nice, although the weather was a little cool to use them much. Parking is two reserved spaces under the building and the stairs and elevator are conveniet. The building is very solid concrete and we never heard any of our neighbors, although we sometimes needed to close our patio doors because of late night conversations in the hot tub and pool, which this unit overlooks. Not a big issue, but we were happy with the fact that the patio doors and windows totally shut out all noise. The owner was very responsive to the one small glitch with the internet access (it needed a new connector), and came out to fix it immediately. All in all, we would give this unit a 10.

  The condo was everything stated on VRBO. Very clean and comfortable. We were traveling with our adult kids and their were 8 of us. Brian was very helpful and even set us up with an air mattress for our extra sleeping quarters. We were cozy but overall very comfy! Key West had lots to offer. We loved Duvall Street. The weather was fabulous and we used the pool every day. It was very well maintained too. Our favorite restaurant was Hogfish but we also visited the local seafood market and cooked at the condo. Great seafood We would recommend Key West as a great vacation and Brian's condo was perfect. We hope to return soon

  Hi Brian – Just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Key West. We loved the condo and loved the location best (away from the craziness). The Air Force Jets came by from time to time but other than that it was a very quiet, peaceful place. We ate at Blue Heaven (loved it), went to Sloppy Joe’s and the smallest bar in Key West (what a riot!). Watched the sunset at Mallory Square and saw the most southern point. All in all a great trip. Hope you and your family had a Happy New Year! All the best in 2013! Lori

  My family and I spent 5 days at this condo over Christmas. The unit was very spacious, bright, clean and well cared for. We chose this condo based upon the recommendations of previous renters and were not disappointed! Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which they basically had all to themselves. The pool was nice and warm, not chilly as our friends experienced the same week at another place in Key West. It was so nice to wake up in the morning to a view of the ocean! Thank you so much for contributing to a great vacation.

  The owner was modest in his description of this listing. The place is well kept, tastefully decorated and has all of the comforts of home. Not sure there is a better view on Stock Island. The kitchen is well equipped and has modern appliances. The master bedroom has a huge walk in closet and a separate patio entrance. The pool is heated and is well maintained. If you find a place better, let me know.

  "Hi Brian! We would take the warm weather in Key West any day over this Indiana cold rainy stuff!! Brrrr... Thank you so much for the opportunity to vacation at your condo! This was our 6th trip to KW, but the first time we went with another couple and to take our dogs. Your condo was perfect for the 4 of us and all the pups! We met Lydia, what a sweet lady and she does a fantastic job! Your condo is very clean, spacious, quite, and great location on the island. My favorite spot is the balcony. Every morning I sat out there drinking my cappuccino watching the boats. :) We packed a lot in one week: breakfast, lunch and shopping on Duval with the dogs, (My Miss Nellie really enjoyed the Coach store!) kayaking with the dogs, butterfly exhibit, Zachery Taylor State Park, sunset dinner cruise, and as always Mallory Square. We had a local tell us about Pepe's, if you haven't eaten there it is a must! Brian and Donna you have an awesome, awesome place and Lydia's a real keeper! Also, Steve wants to say thanks for the use of the hose in the car port. Not only did it make it handy to clean off the car, but it was a great place to give the dogs their baths! Thank you again for making our 1st trip with our dogs a success! Don and Tammi had to come straight home, but Steve and I traveled the coast. We stopped at Bonita Dog beach, spent the night in Ft. Myers, on to St. George island, spent the night in Pensacola, then on to home. Thank you again Brian !!"

  Our stay here could not have been more perfect. My wife and I went down for my 30th birthday. We were amazed when walking into the great condo with such a phenomenal view of the Atlantic Ocean from both the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and looks like it was recently redone. It is everything we were looking for in the Florida Keys. 10 minutes from Duval and everywhere else in Key West, but far enough away from the “party” as my wife is pregnant. It was so relaxing. Brian (the renter) recommended Hogfish Grill which is 2 minutes from the condo. As far as we are concerned, it was the best food on the island. There are 3 sizeable bedrooms that we look forward to filling as we build our family and hopefully return again and again. Best B-day ever!
