Cozy two story beach house in beautiful Oceanside Oregon. The house is on hillside just 2 blocks from beach and offers spectacular views. If you are looking for relaxation, this is it! No cell phones, no internet, just a sleepy town with a great beach and restaurant. There is a cute coffee shop(complete with Wi-Fi) at the bottom of the hill where you can get your latte and pastry before strolling on the beach. The house comfortably sleeps 8, two bedrooms offer ocean views and two do not. Two queen beds and two full size beds. There is a cot in the master bedroom that would accommodate a small child. Upstairs bath has a clawfoot tub for soaking in(complete with ocean view) and the downstairs bath has a tub/shower. The backyard has a firepit and a swing for little and big kids alike. If you are lucky you may see Whales or Para-gliders! There is a nice upright piano for those musical guests. Well-behaved pets welcome.


Note: The phone at the house has local service and a calling card can be used. Long distance is not available. If you need cell phone service it is available up the road in Netarts. There is an answering machine at the house and you can give the house number for a contact number.

$195/night high season (June 15-Oct.1), $175/night off season .. Up to 4 people.
Additional guests are $10/night per person. Minimum 2-night stay.
Non-refundable cleaning fee is $95, cleaning fee included in weekly rental.
Pet fee is $25 per pet. Refundable security deposit of $150.
One night deposit required to hold reservation.
Non-refundable on cancellations less than two weeks prior to reserved date.
Balance of payment is due 10 days before rental date. Checks and PayPal accepted.
Check in time is usually 3pm, and check out is noon.

  • We had so much fun! The view is fantastic. The house is cozy and totally family oriented. We felt the comfort of grandma's place. We loved the short walk to the tunnel. The backyard and swing are the "icing on the cake." Never, have we taken a beach trip, where the children felt so at home. We will be back:)

  • Just wanted to say how much fun we had staying at the Oceanside beach retreat. We felt quite at home in the informal, cozy, comfortable surroundings. I Loved the big kitchen with lots of room to move around. The house is really set up for families (and pets) and Our kids found lots to do both around the house and exploring the beach just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the view from the upstairs master bedroom, and from the bathroom... soaking in the tub watching the waves was quite a pleasant surprise! All in all a very fun weekend!

  • Really nice place, comfy and cozy for two or a group, convenient to the beach, coffee shops and more. Sweet front yard deck for bbq or backyard for lazying around. Easy parking, great welcoming neighbors. Nice sandy beach and a few steps further is Maxwell Tunnel for a little fun. If you prefer to stay inside, lots of amenities like coffee makers, full kitchen. I totally recommend this place. Very easy to sign up and make it happen!!!!!!!!!!!
