This newly remodeled unit is on the second floor with 2 bedrooms, 2.25 baths has an UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW of the GOLF COURSE and MOUNTAINS. You can see the ocean from the side lanai. Beautiful morning sunrises! For outside dining we have a table for 6 and a BBQ on the large wrap around lanai. It is a beautiful place for your morning coffee. We offer FREE WIRELESS INTERNET in our unit.
We recently redecorated this unit in a true Hawaiian theme. It has a new entertainment center with TV, DVD & stereo, a new Lazy Boy hide a bed and chairs in the living room. It also has new carpet and freshly painted walls with wonderful Hawaiian art and many new silk palms and orchids. Both beds have new luxury mattresses and linens. New plantation shutters in the master bedroom!
The kitchen is upgraded with filtered water at the sink and refrigerator, a new cook top, a new side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door. You will find other new small appliances, such as coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, mixer, blender, coffee grinder and all bake ware and cookware you could ask for. There is a new set of colorful Fiesta Ware dishes, new stainless ware, and new glassware as well.
This unit is one of closest walks to the beach - about 5 minutes. Or you can walk to either the KINGS SHOPS or the new QUEEN'S MARKET PLACE. We are between the Marriott Waikoloa and the Hilton Waikiloa. They are both within easy walking distance. There are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance also.
A beautiful HEATED LAP POOL with two hot tubs are in the complex. Also a common BBQ area, FITNESS ROOM and computer room with a computer, fax machine and copy machine are available. We even have a concierge on site. The grounds are very well manicured and you will find many large palm trees, plumeria, bird of paradise and hibiscus plants (just to name a few).
There is an assigned parking space right in front of our unit. An elevator is within 30 feet of the parking space and our entry.

Our unit has a port- a crib for families with a little one. All linens are provided including beach towels. Boogie boards, an ice chest and light weight beach chairs are included with the room.

Why the Owner Chose Vista Waikoloa
We checked out many other condos before purchasing here. This the second condo we purchased at Vista Waikoloa. We feel it is the best built complex in the area and it is definitely in the best location. The large heated saline pool is also a great feature. The grounds are immaculate and people are friendly.

We were looking for a vacation rental where the weather is great year around and are extremely happy to have purchased this bit of paradise and to be able to share it with others. Oh, my, what a gorgeous home you have in Hawaii! We absolutely loved everything about it and really want to compliment you on your decorating choices. Wow--we had a great stay there. Everything was perfect! We did have a wonderful trip. We enjoyed the Kona Village Resort's luau, the town of Hawi and the Pololu Outlook; Hapuna, Mauna Kea Beach and A-Bay; the Fairwinds snorkel cruise and shopping in Kona. We used Hawaii Forest and Trails for the Merriman Farm Tour and the Kilauea Volcano tour-both great. We went to the Hilo side to see the farmers market, Akaka and rainbow Falls, and the Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden. Our horseback riding trip to Waipio Valley was a highling with Na'alapa Stables. Restaurants swere great; Roys, Daniel Thiebaut, Merrimans, Cafe Pesto, Brown's Beach House, Pahu'lo (best) and others. The Kings and Queens shops got a lot our of our money as well as the coffee famers, mack nut farms, art galleries all over the pace for some koa items. It was an incredible island, so divergent with the landscape. We really loved our visit, and wish to thank you for providing such a great home base. Mahalo, 5/16/08

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your grand condo. The early morning views of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai from your galley, oops kitchen, window are stunning. My sister and family were very favorably impressed. We think that they had a a great vacation using the condo to explore the big island. Mahalod
