Owners country home since 1850. Villa Iolanda, dated beginning of the 18th, century, is villa with decorated walls and ceilings and "Cotto" floors. All restored in 2008.
Located in the centre of a working farming estate, the villa is surrounded by lawns, woods and olive trees. It's not an independent home, another building is attached to one side of the Villa, but the garden, all fenced, is for exclusive use of the guests and there is a private hot tube in the garden.
The Villa is a two floor building with at the first level a "salone" with two entrance doors facing one south and the other north, two bedrooms:a king size bedroom and one with two beds, two bathrooms one with bath tube, one with shower both close to the bedrooms, two living rooms one with sofa bed, a kitchen and a breakfast room.
The furniture is the original of the Villa, with antique pieces.
At the first floor two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with two beds,two bathrooms with shower and a big living room, on request another kitchen.
Villa Iolanda is a summer house, there is no heating.
