This is a beautiful little complex located directly on the beach in Costa Azul, one of the most desirable surfing locations in all of Los Cabos. The white sandy beach in front offers terrific fishing and exploring; or if you prefer, you can audition for your very own version of the famous "Corona" commercial!!!
It's secluded and intimate atmosphere make it perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation with the kids without the hustle and bustle of a large resort. Incredible beachfront dining or an elegant open air restaurant/nightclub are each less than a 200 yard walk from the front door; a mini market is directly across the street, and there is a large WalMart type store a half mile up the road. This little complex is truly the gem of the entire area! The condo is equipped with local phone service, Vonage long distance, and a secure WiFi connection at no extra charge.

- There are Ultralite plane rides and horseback tours available on the beach in front. There's an Oysterbed directly in front of the condo! It's not unusual to buy fresh shucked oysters from the locals when they freedive for them every couple of weeks.

There is a 3 night minimum, with a discount for 2 weeks or more.
All bookings are first come first served with a non-refundable 50%
down payment. I WILL work with you if it's necessary to reschedule
due to an emergency... I want my guests to have a wonderful time!

Why the Owner Chose Mira Vista
When it finally became time to buy a place of my own in Cabo, there was no doubt in my mind it would be in Mira Vista. I waited and waited for the unit of my choice to become available; and when it did, I was lucky enough to get it!!! Mira Vista is referred to as "the jewel of the beach" & I'm convinced I've gotten in on the dream of a lifetime. It's such a small intimate spot; the tranquility and beauty are unparalleled!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The beach in front is never crowded, yet it's a magnificent surfing and swimming beach. The sound and smell of the ocean below is amazingly theraputic for the soul (the beach is only 20 yards away below the balcony). The grounds are immaculate, the pool is crystal clear, and the beer is cold & refreshing. In a word, this must be paradise. I'm so lucky to be a part of this!!
My unit is on the second of three floors & located 20 yards from the beach. There are only 39 units in the complex!
The best beach bar/restaurant in all of Cabo. 200 yards down the beach.
Great Food & drink, directly across the street. There's a small market here as well.
Mama Mia's bar and restaurant 200 yards up the beach. There is a Tuesday nite fiesta and fireworks show!
You can get anything you'll ever need here, it's about 1/2 mile up the highway.
Amazing old world charm. The church and main plaza downtown are very quaint; and the Saturday am Farmer's Market is a "must see"!
Old world fishing village with a brand new state of the art marina nearby.
A GREAT place to have breakfast, less than 200 yards up the road. Fresh squeezed OJ and Chiliquiles are my favorite!
Locals flock to this lady who sells homemade burritos & tortas from an ice chest out of her car. 14 pesos for a burrito (a little more than a dollar)...........they are out of this world! She sells out by noon or 1 o'clock though, so stop by early & get some to go.

I first came to Cabo in the mid '70s, shortly after the main highway was completed. Boy, what an adventure it was driving the Baja back then!!! I fell in love with the beauty of nature & the beauty of the people in Cabo & have been a regular visitor ever since. I consider myself so lucky to have personally experienced the social and economic development of Cabo over the years. This is truly a magical and happy place as evidenced by the local saying......."No Bad Days"!

I stayed at Tim's condo from Dec. 30/2010 to March 1, 2011 and I didn't want to go home! The condo and the complex are very comfortable and relaxed, the view from the balcony is beyond description. I would sit having my coffee in the morning watching the beautiful sunrise and most days would catch sight of a whale out front, at times I saw several humpback whales breaching right out front, truly an amazing sight. There is a great little beach bar a short way down the beach called Zippers, great food and drinks with live music in the evenings. The grocery store (Mega) is a short bus ride away and the buses are very safe. I would usually do my shopping and take a cab back. The condo is totally kitted out with everything you need to cook meals there although going out is such fun! The pool is very nice and the grounds are beautifully maintained. All of the owner's and renter's that I met at the complex were great folks and I have already booked this unit for next year. Don't forget to check out Art Night in San Jose on Thursdays and also the Organic Market on Saturday mornings (just ask the taxi driver for Mercado Organico). Try out TEO restraunt which is toward the beach on the street going up to the square, great food and original drinks; they make an amazing Blueberry Basil Mojito... sounds strange but truly addictive! San Jose is a fabulous town, totally different from Cabo San Lucas. I can't wait to be back next year!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful spot with us Tim, my husband and I were amazed at how completely it was equipped and how beautifully you've decorated. There's no need for a traveller to bring anything but clothes and swimwear, because this condo has everything from beach towels & linens to a complete kitchen..... beautiful artwork too! (Keeping a blow dryer and an iron is a nice touch as well) The only bad thing I have to report is our week went by much too quickly, and we're not yet close enough to retirement to make this our permanent lifestyle. My husband and I heartily agree, this is the nicest vacation we've had in ages, and we recommend this condo heartily.

We've spent a few weeks here at Tim's condo during the last three snowy winters up north and it just keeps getting better and better! We started out with a one week stay and next year we've already reserved a full month. The new TV in the bedroom is a very nice touch I must say. The grounds and the complex are always kept beautifully, and the people are very friendly; we almost feel as if it's our own little place because we're getting to know the regulars so well and always get hugs when we arrive! We can't recommend this unit enough, as it's beautifully appointed and in an absolutely perfect location!

What can I say to adequately describe this condo? It was just heaven, leaving the winter behind us for 3 weeks of sun and fun. We were lucky enough to have a full moon during our stay, and watching it rise from the sea right in front of our balcony was like something out of a movie! We spent our evenings bar-b-queing on the balcony, sipping drinks on the beach, or just walking for miles at the water's edge. I can't imagine ever spending our winter vacations in Hawaii anymore........this is just so much more beautiful. We can't recommend this condo enough, it's sooo homey and charming.

It was terrific meeting you Tim, I hope we left enough beers for you in the refrigerator! You were absolutey right about Cabo Pulmo, even though our son (14 yrs old) had never scuba dived, they were very patient and we ended up having a family dive along the reef. We spent the week of Valentine's Day at the condo, watching the whales during the day and dancing at Havana's across the street at night. You have the nicest unit in the best complex on the whole beach. And the CDs you have.........oh my lord! You were right Tim, the pictures and the description don't do it justice. What a great time we had in this condo...it was exactly as described and pictured, with all the comforts of home, plus some! It's in a great location right on the beach, within easy walking distance of restaurants and other conveniences. We loved relaxing on the balcony, day and night! Everyone in the complex is friendly and it is beautifully maintained. A great spot which I would highly recommend.

We were referred to your condo by a friend of a friend, and boy are we happy to have found it! We had never been to Cabo before & didn't know what to expect; but we had no idea a place like this could even exist...... it's so tranquil and romantic! What could be better than to let the afternoons pass with a nice lunch at Zippers and watch the surfing in front. We are definately going to regular visitors from now on!

This place was absolutely PARADISE!!! It was clean, safe and so beautiful, it can't really be adequately described. We enjoyed ourselves so much, and it was so hard to leave! We must say, that the local people are very, very kind, helpful and polite, which made our stay even nicer. This location is just close enough to downtown Cabo for the nightlife and shopping, but it's far enough away that you're away from all the hustle and bustle of tourists. Can't say enough about our wonderful stay at this condo - it would surely make anyone's vacation memorable!
