Both the up and downstairs have complete kitchens and bathrooms and are separated by a flight of stairs, locked door, and separately alarmed. Laundry room with washer and dryer is conveniently located for both. Come and go with separate entrances as well. The whole house is PERFECT for 2 sets of couples with children. Very kid friendly. Each unit has its own unique features designed to accommodate a family of 6 (UPstairs) or a couple (2) (DOWNstairs):

Amazing family room/den with a cabin feel with great lake and mountain views; the perfect spot to hang out. Quaint and cozy, queen size bed with a great sitting area with seating...a great place to lounge. Great, fully equipped kitchen with French doors that open onto a long, private balcony to soak up the sun. Private bathroom with shower. Sleeps 2

Downstairs Unit: $170/Night + non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 (up to 3 nights)
