By staying with us, you'll never have to go further than the condo to have a great time; you can enjoy swimming in the pool, or a few step away enjoy the beautiful sandy beach and ocean. Our condo is located directly on the ocean/beach. A few short beach steps away is the Isle Restaurant for an enjoyable lunch or dinner. The Island offers a variety of activities including the water slide, miniature golf, fishing at the pier, arcade, visit the museum, shopping, surf fishing, boating, fishing charters, turtle and dolphin watching, night time crabbing, day time shelling, biking and all kinds of beach activities.During the summer months enjoy FREE Friday night concerts on the coast and on Sundays attend Church on the beach, just bring your own chair.

If you want to leave the Island, there are plenty of activities within close proximity. Within 8 miles of OIB there are 20 golf courses. Just a short 45 minute drive to Myrtle beach for plenty of shopping or enjoy Barefoot on the Beach. The Battleship of NC is in Wilmington NC along with the Historic Cobblestone Riverwalk. A 10 minute drive to Calabash, the seafood capital of the world. Take the ferry to Bald Head Island for the day just a 20 minute drive.

We have been vacationing at OIB for many years, this condo wins the award for cleanliness! The furniture is in great shape and clean, the bathrooms sparkle, the floors and decor are in great shape too, something not found in most condos in the area. Being right on the beach is convenient for bio-breaks, getting out of the sun for a while, or going in for a bite to eat. The covered parking is an added benefit. The condo is conveniently located close restaurants, minature golf, OIB golf course, and a short trip to Myrtle Beach. If you love being on the beach I highly recommend this condo, you will not be disappointed.

This was our second stay in this gorgeous condo...and we're planning our third! It has an amazing view and is very well appointed. There is lots of fun stuff to do on the island and many other things to do just a short drive away. However, we spent most of our time either on the beach, in the ocean, or in the pool.

Absolutely wonderful! Condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with towels and bedding. Kitchen had everything I needed. View was breathtaking. Everyone we met were so friendly. From beginning to end a perfect experience. The only negative......I wish I could have stayed longer. Cannot wait to go next year. Our two little children (4 and 7) enjoyed every moment in the water on their boogie boards. We enjoyed ourselves so much on the beach we did not venture too far. Ate at Sharkeys one evening and the food was great. The owner was helpful and quick to respond. No complaints here!!!!

Although we have been vacationing at Ocean Isle Beach for years, this was our first time staying at this condo. It was perfect! Enjoyed waking up and looking out at the ocean every morning. Can't wait to return next year!

My husband and I brought my mother for her first visit to OIB the weekend of 10/30/10. This condo is in great condition- spotless and decorated very tastefully. Unlike other rental properties, the furniture and decorations are quality here. We definitely felt like we were guests in a friend's home. The owner was extremely professional, easy to deal with, and timely in her correspondence. We will definitely stay here again!

We took our children to the beach for the first time - and Ocean Isle Beach is now going to be our yearly vacation spot!! It is definitely a family oriented beach. The Nagel's vacation home is wonderful - just as pictured! We loved getting up early every morning to watch the sun rise from the balcony, and then taking early walks on the beach. Our favorite was walking to the west end of the island to 'treasure hunt' for shells. We saw lots of crabs, and even 2 baby stingrays one day! We will definitely be back - and plan to rent from the Nagels - thank you so much for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us! We absolutely LOVED it!

Just want to let you know how happy we were to stay at your condo. It was a perfect vacation of just plain relaxing. We got up every morning to walk the beach and watch the sunrise. We spent a lot of time reading, sitting on the balcony enjoying the surf sound, people watching, dolphin watching - I couldn't believe seeing them so easily from your place. Ate at several of the restaurants on the island - went 3 times to the Italian one to eat on their back deck,gazebo, and watch the sun set along with one spoiled seagull. We did go up and down the coast to check out the other islands, (could not bring ourselves to even get close to Myrtle Beach and all its glitz) and really Ocean Isle is still our choice. So thank you again for sharing your place - we would love to come back again. It is very clean, up to date, and decorated nicely.
