  The quality of the furniture and bedding in this condo was well above that of a typical rental condo. It was very clean. We rented during the off season and it was an incredible value. Some stores and tourist stuff were closed but there was still plenty to do; restaurants and museums were open.

  We rented this unit for a family member's 90th birthday. It was just wonderful! The unit is nicely decorated, very clean and neat, and the kitchen is well equiped without being cluttered. The beds are good quality and so are the linens. The elevator makes it easy to get to, and the carts are great for getting luggage and belongings up to the unit. The ocean view was great also! The patio is a great place to sit and watch the beach activity. I would rent this unit again.

  Excellent condo - excellent location. We have been coming to Ocean Isle for some 25 years now and have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Dee is excellent to work with. The condo is well maintained and appointed. The beach is beautiful and never over crowded. Great place to come and relax with ocean breezes, good food, and golf nearby. Close enough to Myrtle Beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. I definitely would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, family friendly, laid back vacation spot.

  My husband, granddaughter and myselft had a great time in July!! The Condo was very clean and nice!! The beaches were clean and also the pool. All around a very clean island.

  We have been vacationing at OIB for many years, this condo wins the award for cleanliness! The furniture is in great shape and clean, the bathrooms sparkle, the floors and decor are in great shape too, something not found in most condos in the area. Being right on the beach is convenient for bio-breaks, getting out of the sun for a while, or going in for a bite to eat. The covered parking is an added benefit. The condo is conveniently located close restaurants, minature golf, OIB golf course, and a short trip to Myrtle Beach. If you love being on the beach I highly recommend this condo, you will not be disappointed.

  This was our second stay in this gorgeous condo...and we're planning our third! It has an amazing view and is very well appointed. There is lots of fun stuff to do on the island and many other things to do just a short drive away. However, we spent most of our time either on the beach, in the ocean, or in the pool.

  Absolutely wonderful! Condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with towels and bedding. Kitchen had everything I needed. View was breathtaking. Everyone we met were so friendly. From beginning to end a perfect experience. The only negative......I wish I could have stayed longer. Cannot wait to go next year. Our two little children (4 and 7) enjoyed every moment in the water on their boogie boards. We enjoyed ourselves so much on the beach we did not venture too far. Ate at Sharkeys one evening and the food was great. The owner was helpful and quick to respond. No complaints here!!!!

  We went with another couple and our small children to the beach for the first time. This condo was very nice! It was plenty of room for us! We loved the view and location. We will definitely be back to visit! Everything about the condo exceeding my expectations!!

  Although we have been vacationing at Ocean Isle Beach for years, this was our first time staying at this condo. It was perfect! Enjoyed waking up and looking out at the ocean every morning. Can't wait to return next year!

  My husband and I brought my mother for her first visit to OIB the weekend of 10/30/10. This condo is in great condition- spotless and decorated very tastefully. Unlike other rental properties, the furniture and decorations are quality here. We definitely felt like we were guests in a friend's home. The owner was extremely professional, easy to deal with, and timely in her correspondence. We will definitely stay here again!
