The privacy of two FULL baths (for 1 bedroom units) is rare in all of the Destin area, as is the KING Size bed. There is a stacked washer and dryer within the unit for the convenience of the longer-term guests or any guest for that matter.
The unit is beautifully appointed and tastefully furnished throughout with just those little extra items (for example 2 dvd's and a large 31 inch flat screen tv in a beautiful entertainment center) that you expect from a luxury unit. This beautiful complex with its lush shrubs, flowers and palm trees, heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, workout room, is brand new.

Luxury unit at affordable prices "We have rented from this owner since 2001". This unit, the last 5-7 years in this unit. Before that in Summerspell 201 vrbo #15362, also an awesome unit.
