Why the Owner Chose Cle Elum
I bought the home in 1992 to raise my two daughters in a rural environment. It is a perfect location, close enough to town while very private in the 7 acre setting. I love my house. Since my daughters are grown and at college and beyond now, the house was too big for just me, so I decided to allow others to enjoy all the care and love the house has provided to me. The house is perfect for family gatherings with plenty of space to getaway from it all and a large dining room table to seat everyone around for great conversations. Please help me keep the house alive with wonderful memories by adding a few of your own.
The Unique Benefits at this House
When staying in my home you will be able to enjoy the last 16 years of care and joy I have put into my home. I am continually adding flower beds to the landscaping. Last year I also added a permanent volleyball court in the backyard for any time playing opportunities. YOu won't find a bigger or more versatile deck then the one out the back door. Also don't miss the sauna and exercise room. The guest rooms are professionally decorated in a woody theme and the deer frequently visit the property.

Teri, I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your vacation home! You have such a lovely house! I especially appreciated the beauty and tranquility of the view from your deck. All my senses were being treated to an assortment of pleasures. The sounds of the wind going through the trees, the trickle of the pond water, and the song of the many birds was a true delight. What a treat to soak in the beauty of the forest, the loveliness of the Japanese pond, and the colorful flowers surrounding the deck. I even appreciated the natural "lines" formed by the benches, table and bamboo fence! As you can tell, I thoroughly took pleasure in communing with nature and God right from your backyard! Wow, I just loved the surroundings, not to mention the house itself. Oh yes! I can't forget to mention how much we all got a kick out of the deer that seemed to be a part of your landscaping. They seemed right at home in your yard. I was hoping to see them again on Sunday before we left, and sure enough, when I was opening the blinds in the master bedroom, there was the mother with her young ones. When I went out on the deck to spend some last moments soaking in the beauty, there they came again. It was a perfect ending to a wonderful weekend.
