We stayed here in the middle of March. It was everything that the listing said plus... we were very impressed with how clean and well cared for everything was. We were also very impressed with Jim and Sheila, they were very hospitable and accommodating. We were in town for a wedding in the family and our children are scattered across the country so it was nice to find a house this nice and spacious so that we could all stay together. Enjoyed using the grill and also sitting in the back yard watching the sun come up with a fresh cup of hot coffee. I hope this property is available next time we come back to PHX as we would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
