This smoke free 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is located 2 miles from Winter Park in Fraser, Colorado. Our quiet home is an end unit with the master suite on the second floor, a private garage with direct access to our condo(no stairs, street level) and new furniture throughout. Spectacular views of the slopes of Winter Park and Byers Peak can be seen from our family room, the master suite and our private deck.
The master suite has vaulted ceilings, a king size pine log bed and a jetted Jacuzzi tub in your private bath. Two more bedrooms are located on the main floor; one with a queen size bed and a private full bath and another with a twin/full bunk bed. The third bath is centrally located on the main floor just outside this bedroom. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The family room has a vaulted ceiling and offers two comfortable sofas with cozy throw blankets that can be used when warming up in front of the gas fireplace. A 37” Plasma/HD television has a full line up of cable channels (including High Definition) for your enjoyment or you may choose movies from our DVD library. Free Wifi is available in our condo. You will also find a selection of books and games to enjoy in your spare time. A dining room adjoins the family area and is capable of seating six people around a rustic wooden table.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen contains all the necessary appliances needed for all your cooking needs. The counter also has 3 bar stools for a more casual seating arrangement when needed.
Just down the road from the condo is a full size Safeway grocery store to help stock up on your provisions for your vacation. If you don’t want to cook, Winter Park has many outstanding restaurants to meet any hunger needs.
In the winter, no need to drive to the slopes. A free shuttle will pick you up and return you back just a short distance from the condo. Full ski storage is located within the attached garage to hold all your gear. Across the street from the condo, you can take the whole family to the Fraser tubing hill. You can view the tubing hill from either the deck or the family room. If you enjoy Nordic skiing, Devils Thumb is 6 miles down the road.
In the summer, Winter Park and the Fraser valley is known for its 600+ miles of trails for mountain biking and hiking. A scenic hiking/bike path is located just below the condo and it winds and curves its way to the town of Winter Park and ends at the base of the slopes.
Nearby attractions include Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, Granby Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake (for all your water sport needs) and Pagosa Springs (hot mineral springs). Pole Creek golf course is a few miles down the road and has amazing views of the valley surrounding this public golf course.
