This very charming and comfortable oceanside beach house has one of the best locations in Beach Haven Gardens. The house is only 3 from the ocean and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are no hotels in the immediate vicinty. Resteraunts are within walking distance as well as the local Wawa. The address is 13506 Atlantic Ave. Check out Map quest to get a good idea of the location.
You will enjoy many morning cups of coffee while sitting on the front patio in your Adirondack chairs watching walkers, joggers and bicycle riders out for their morning exercise.
This is the owners home away from home. It is a single family home, not a condo, not a town home and no reverse living. The house is extremely clean. The back yard is fully fenced in. Many recent upgrades including a new kitchen with granite were installed in 2007. It is bright and cheery, newly furnished and newly decorated.
A second full size refrigerator for all those beverages is located in the house for the 2008 season. A video library and small reading library are now available for the 2009 season. The 2010 season we replaced the wooden deck with pavers and replaced the wooden fence with vinyl fencing. New for the 2011 season, a ductless ac system which is similar to central air conditioning, hardwood floors installed upstairs, new carpet for staircase and beadboard trimwork to add to the warm cottage feel.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and share 1 bath. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor along with 2 more full baths. There is an outside shower available and there are ocean views from the roof top deck.
This is a really great house to share with your family or possibly share with another family.

This was a return visit for my family and I hope one of many. PERFECT beach house with so much to offer,the pictures just don't do it justice. We show up with clothes and can count on the owner to provide all else (except food) immaculate and attention paid to every detail! A hop to the beach and the home has everything you could want or need to bring to the water. This home and owner get an A+ from my entire family.

We had an absolutely fantastic time while staying at this house. The location is perfect-- so close to the beach! The house is immaculate and fully equipped with everything you need for an easy vacation. We can't wait for next year!
