Ski in/Ski Out - * ~The~ Perfect Breck Location! *
Year Purchased: 2007
Why the Owner Chose Trails End
I fell in love with Breckenridge on my first visit in 2000. In fact, two years later I went back to be a snowboard instructor.
Year after year, I kept my eye open for the perfect ski in/ski out condo. One that was close to town, and closer to the lifts.
So when this Trails End unit came available, I it was my dream come ture!
We hope you have a wonderful experience in Breck and fall in love as we did.
Enjoy!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Location, location, location! There are very few places in Breck that have true ski in/ski out access. Trails End is one of the best. My typical trip starts with that warm feeling of joy as soon as I walk in the door. It's comfortable, warm, and a lovely place to stay. In the morning, I open the drapes to watch the snow fall, turn on the fire and make coffee and a hearty breakfast. Within 30 minutes, i'm on the chair lift and the real fun begins! At the end of the day, I keep my speed up on the Kansas Flats (I'm a border, so have to plan a bit more than the skiirs) and see just how close I can get to the back door. 8' away is my record, just over the bridge. What's your record?
Next is always the hot tub! Usually outdoors when it's snowing, and indoors the rest of the time. It really helps relax the muscles so the next day's can be just as enjoyable.
Dinner is always up for grabs. We love cooking at the condo, but there are certain restaurants we look forward all year to visiting. Nothing like having a great meal with friends. And if we decide to stay out and visit our favorite night life spots, it's guaranteed to be a fun night out. Lot's to do, and always a party somewhere. And if we just head home to watch a movie and relax before the next day's adventure, one of my absolute favorite parts of our stay is walking the streets of this lovely, historic mining town, with either the snow falling, or the stars as close as they can be. There's nothing like a night sky at 10,000'. Enjoy!
Just out the back door, snap into your skis, and the lift is less than 90' away. Plus, you can ski all the way to the back door for lunch or relaxation in the hot tubs!
Here you will find restaurants, shops, museum, cafes and all this wonderful mountain town has to offer.
Sign up for ski school, rent skis or a board, have apres ski by the fire pit, or let the kids say hi to Riperroo.
This is the main hub for Breckenridge. Take a free shuttle to City Market for groceries, to Key Stone for night skiing, or any of the other destinations in Summit County.
There is always something happening in Breck, and this is where it happens! From our world famous Ice Sculpture competitions to concert, and everything in between.
Great place to shop for fresh produce, groceries, and sun screen. Plus, there's a liquor store next door, if you'd like to spice up your hot coco.

We stayed in this condo during our Christmas vacation. This was a wonderful location for us. Our 11 year old loved being able to ski-in ski-out and then drop in the hot tub. The pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable as was the king bed. Amenities were perfect and the humidifier was a life saver!!!!! Rik was outstanding to work with and seems to be a super nice person. We extened our stay 2 extra days with out any trouble whatsoever. This was by far our best vacation we've ever taken. Rik's recommendations for ski rentals, dining, grocery, etc. were spot on! Empire Burger was fantastic as was Windy City Pizza. Can't wait to go back in February. We will definitely return as often as possible.

We stayed in this unit from 1/2/11 - 1/7/11. I can assure you that everything is exactly as described. It is a perfect location - just a few steps from the chairlift/slopes and only a block to the historic district for shops and dining. Parking was great though you really don't need a car when you stay at this complex. The condo was very well appointed - everything you need is provided for in the kitchen if you plan to cook your meals in. The ski locker room in the lobby is a great convenience - just be sure to use the coin-operated locks for your skis & poles. We will definitely return on our next visit to Breckenridge. An added plus is that Rik is great to work with - Thanks, Rik, for sharing your place in Breck with us!

If you are looking for TRUE ski in/ski out accomodations, this IS the place to be! Just walk out the back door and jump on the Quicksilver lift for immediate Peak 9 access - or take a VERY short walk to the Beaver Run Super Chair. Condo is very clean, well kept, comfortable and well stocked. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) loved the location and the ease! Added benefits -Ski storage downstairs, condo close to elevator and laundry room. Owner is great to work with also!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this condo in Breckenridge. The ski-in/ski-out location couldn't have been any better. It is also a very short walk to all the shops/bars/restaurants. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor hottub was awesome after a long day of skiing.

Owner was great to work with! Have stayed in village a number of times but this is the best ski-in, ski-out condo by far. At the end of the day when our knees were given out it was wonderful to be able to ski to the back door. Thanks Rik for sharing your place with others. Sissy, Talladega,Al

Look no further than #205 Trails End. I confirm everything in the owners description. Location is ideal, condo is fully equipped with all you need. Rik is a pleasure to deal with. If there is one complaint it has to be that the king size bed is just too comfy, you just want to stay there and gaze out at the mountains all morning!

Can't say enough about the location-perfect! Ski school is on the way to the chairlift. Short, short walk to town. Owner pleasant to work with. Condo compact but attractive and comfy. Well-stocked. CD & DVD players work--no need to bring electronics from home. Nice selection of videos. My first VRBO rental--a success!

I spent five years working and teaching snowboarding at Breckenridge, always dreaming of the day i could own my first home there. And after years of saving and hard work, we have found the perfect mountain condo. location, location, location! My first requirement was to be close to town, and even closer to the mountain, but without feeling like it was in the middle of a traffic jam. Trails End has just the right blend. 50 yards out the back door, and you are at ski school and the Quick Silver chair lift, on your way to enjoy the mountain. A block from the front door, finds you shopping, dinning, or swaping stories with the locals apres ski. The condo itslef is homey, but never lets you forget you are on vacation. with the views from the balcony, the gas fire place, and the rustic decor, this super comfortable condo has every thing you need for pre/post adventure. Cooking is a joy in our kitchen, and while you save money, you still feel apart of the group as they lounge in the living room. Did you push your muscles a bit too hard? take the elevator down to the 2 community hot tubs and meet your neighbors. one is inside, for those adverse to any contact with the cold, and the second sits right next to it, under the Colorado night stars. Sleep well in our uber comfortable beds, then rise and shine to a view out the windows, and you are re-inspired to hit the slopes. Come stay at the perfect Breck location, and enjoy one our favorite places in the world!
