The home itself has 2 master suites with walkin closets with shower room and seperate toilets. (Ideal for 2 families sharing). It also has 3 further Themed bedrooms with twin beds in each room (a guest room, Animal kingdom room and that all important Mickey Mouse room) where dreams really do come true. Each room is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind, with cable TV's with over 70 chanels in all bedrooms and ceiling fans for that added comfort during the hot Summer days, plus X.box and PlayStation 2 plus games. We have a baby high chair plus baby pack & play & stroller / 2 double sided bed rails and a baby safety stair gate available for guests to use at our home, free of charge.
A games room and Gas BBQ Grill has been added to our home for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.

Our home has a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern conveniences at your fingertips full size fridge/freezer with ice making machine, microwave / dishwasher / crockery / cutlery & electric kettle. The living area is spacious and has beautiful ceramic tiles. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. The sitting room is extremely comfortable with a leather sofa with cable t.v. with over 70 chanels, free phone calls, local long distance & international to land lines and dial up concierge to our management company / Theme parks / restuarants It leads out to the screaned lanai with heated private pool and spa plus pool furniture and BBQ gas grill.It has a safety rail in place around the pool and must be kept closed when pool is not in use for peace of mind when you have small children about.It has a patio where you can sit and relax in the evening after those long days at the parks or soak in the heated private pool or spa. Christine, thank-you so much for letting us stay at your Florida home. We were extremely pleased with the house and it was easy to make it our home for two weeks. This was important to us as we were travelling with 3 small children. Having our own private pool was a big deal for the kids, they loved this! It was a pleasure to work with you to arrange this rental and I am thankful you have been so accomodating to us. Your home is absolutely lovely! We truly enjoyed our stay there. My two eldest sons LOVED being in the mickey themed room (they are 4 and 6 years old). I was greatful there was a high chair and a pack and play...two things I didn't know were going to be there but was glad for. The pool was fabulous and everyone enjoyed it. Another very pleasant surprise was the black mesh safety fence. One of my worries about taking 3 small children to a house with a pool was preventing any accidents with the pool. I worried about how I would keep them from accidentally opening the sliding glass doors. When we got to the house and I saw the fence I was very relieved...it is definately something you may want to mention or show with a photograph. Windsor Hills is a very nice vacation community with easy access to all the orlando attractions. We couldn't have been happier with the home's ammenities and in fact between the theme parks and the private pool we never even ventured to the club house or pool. We definately intend to contact you again when we next plan to visit Orlando (in a few years!) and have recommended your home to our family and friends. Hi Christine and Finbarr, I just got back to the office today. We had a wonderful time in Orlando. It has been the best vacation we have had . The children loved it. Although we did not use most of the resort facilities due to our visiting so many attractions it is absolutely beautiful. The security is excellent and they were very nice and courtesy. The location is perfect due to its closeness to Walt Disney World and the other attraction as well as to restaurants. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition. I will definitely recommend your home to anyone who may be travelling to Orlando. Thanks for everything

Hi Christine, I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in Orlando. Your home was wonderful...beautiful and spacious, with lots of amenities to keep the whole family happy! The boys loved the pool and game room, and the video games kept them busy. Two of the older ones really enjoyed the gym, so the clubhouse was an added bonus. And the location was perfect...easy to get to Universal and Disney...and we even drove out to Kennedy Space Center! Thank you for renting to us, and I will contact you if we will be traveling down again. Happy New Year!
