Our Rosemary Cottage offers a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city. Located in the hillside area of Montecito, this home is situated on a quiet street with convenient access to the city of Santa Barbara as well as Montecito. The driving distance to the restaurants and shops of both is a mere five minutes each way.
Three beautifully appointed bedrooms all have hardwood floors and queen-size beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tub, shower and dual sinks. French doors in the master look out to a private and peaceful backyard area. Each room is beautifully and tastefully furnished to create an exceptionally clean and comfortable living environment.
The kitchen is brand new and fully stocked with new appliances and kitchenware. A skylight above the kitchen area allows plenty of natural light and windows on either side of the room creates a lovely breeze in the warm summer months. The kitchen opens up to the dining area as well as the living area, creating an open space that can be enjoyed by friends and family as a group. Two gas fireplaces in the dining area and the living area make for cozy, intimate evenings.
The yard is fully enclosed with lots of privacy, grassy lawn space and two different lounging areas. A standing heat lamp creates an enjoyable temperature to enjoy the outdoors all year round, while a bubbling fountain lends a lovely ambiance to the exterior. Our gas BBQ grill also makes for easy outdoor entertaining.
The Rosemary Cottage is a precious and lovingly maintained home that is a perfect getaway for friends, small families and couples. Wireless internet access is also available for those who cannot leave their work at home.

We loved our stay in Rosemary Cottage. The house is lovely and we really enjoyed the time we spent relaxing in the beautiful garden.
