Located on one level is the guest bath, main kitchen, living, dining and air conditioned master suite with king-size bed and attached marble master bathroom with soaking tub/shower. For ultimate privacy the second bedroom is located in a separate detached guest cottage or (casita) complete with it's own mini kitchen, bathroom and private laundry room overlooking the swimming pool, tropical gardens, and ocean. Parents of younger children rent at your own risk, there are many railings with step drop offs, no lifeguard, etc. The living room futon is available for sleeping in the main house's spacious living room.
