A gorgeous 2370 square foot, four bedroom, four bath, two story home with an incredible location two blocks from Congress Ave. featuring an open loft style kitchen and living area that flows out to a fantastic deck, surrounding a three hundred year old Live Oak. Great for entertaining and you'll love it too.

Just minutes from downtown Austin (walking or biking), fine dining, and quaint local restaurants with entertainment. The spacious floor plan provides atmosphere for entertaining, while also providing privacy for those special moments. Cozy and inviting, this home is fully appointed with all furnishings, appliances, kitchen with granite countertops, is excellent for cooking and entertaining guests. The home has bamboo wood floors throughout and is very comfortable for both adults and children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new Stainless steel stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

The second floor contains the loft style living area, kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with queen size beds and a private bathroom.

The first floor features the Master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, and the fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and a ¾ bath, and the laundry room. The laundry room is equipped with a new washer and dryer.

  • What an awesome house! With four bathrooms, it was really easy for our large party to stay without feeling cramped. We loved the front and especially back deck, which was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. We would definitely stay here again.

  • We loved our stay! The house is fabulous - especially with FOUR bathrooms! It was perfect for our group (3 couples) because it offered great space for hanging out (living area, deck, yard) but still enough privacy with bedrooms and (3)bathrooms en suite. The 4th bedroom went unused, and there was futon available as well (less private) and definitely space if someone wanted to bring an air mattress, etc. We loved the location because it gave a nice balance of neighborhood feel (many local shops, restaurants, & music venues just a few minutes walk) but had easy access to the downtown area (6th and Congress is approx. 30 minute walk, $6-7 taxi ride, or $.75 bus on either First street or Congress - with frequent bus service). In addition, there is wireless internet available which was a huge plus. The price is fair for what's available in the area and the house was great!

  • Great location, spacious home. Rather sparsely furnished right now, but has the essentials and seems to be a work in progress. The owner is very responsive and accommodating too. We had a great stay.

  • July 18-20, 08 Two families of 6 and 4 shared this rental. Great place! We had a ball, it's so close to SoCo you can walk to all the shops and restaurants.Clean upscale house with all the things you need supplied.I am going to book more time before it's too late!
