This townhome was professionally decorated with beautiful Tommy Bahama and Ralph Lauren furnishings. This very well-appointed three-bedroom, three-bath townhouse is available for your enjoyment year round. It is an end unit, maximizing views, located in a private, gated community -- The Golf Villas at Mauni Lani Beach Resort.
ON THE MAIN LEVEL:
The kitchen, family room and dining room open onto the extra large lanai with built-in gas barbecue and wet bar. You will enjoy barbecuing and sitting on your spacious lanai watching the sunset and taking in all the beautiful surroundings on the golf course. You will find the kitchen is very well equipped with everything the chef might need. There is counter seating for four. The dining room seats eight.
Also on this level is one queen guest bedroom with TV/DVD and
I-Home for your MP3 player/alarm/clock/radio.
There is a separate full guest bath and laundry (washer/dryer) on this level.
Watch TV in the family room on your 42" HDLCD with Sony surround sound, DVD and Ipod docking station.
ON THE UPPER LEVEL:
The king master suite invites you to a private lanai which overlooks the golf course. You will love sitting out on your private lanai and watching the breathtaking sunset and ocean beyond. The master bath has a double sink vanity, large tub and separate shower. Also features a 30" TV/DVD and I-home for your MP3 player/alarm/clock/radio.
Also on this level, is one queen guest bedroom featuring a TV/DVD, and I-Home. There is a full bath attached.
Separating these two bedrooms is a loft area with a comfy sofa where you may enjoy a book or tend to businsss at the desk with printer/copier/scanner and WIFI.
OUTDOORS:
You will love the outdoors beyond the lanai. There is plenty of grassy area surrounding for your pleasure and the children's. The children will enjoy this area in which to play, or lie out on a beach towel in the grass and star gaze. The resort-style pool, outdoor spa and workout facility are conveniently located adjacent to each other and only a two-minute walk from the townhouse.
You will love all that Kona has to offer and all that the Mauna Lani Resort has to offer. The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and the Fairmount Orchid Hotel are adjacent to each other. Enjoy golfing at two championship golf courses right on the grounds of Mauna Lani Resort, the Francis H I'i Brown north course and south course. You may choose to relax at the private Beach Club or take a leisurely walk along the perfect beaches. Take advantage of the fine dining at the Mauna Lani Resort. The Canoe House at Mauna Lani is one of our favorites. The barbecue ribs are outstanding and a great place to watch the sunset!! The Orchid Hotel is another favorite. Try Brown's Restaurant out on the beach. You may wish to head down to Tommy Bahama Restaurant for the goat cheese appetizer or Ruth's Chris Steak House for Happy Hour cocktails and $1 sliders. All are conveniently located on the grounds, just minutes away from the golf villa.
Snorkel gear, boogie boards and two ice chests are provided for your beach enjoyment.
