Brand new four bedroom, three bathroom, and two large living rooms. It sits on a corner lot on site #316 and only 250 yards from the ocean. Close to the swimming pools, putt-putt course, game room, recreation building and indoor pool.
The first level is the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and a master bedroom. The living area downstairs has a sleeper sofa, and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen has all appliances you will need including a filtered water system.
The upper level has a mini kitchen with small refrigerator, microwave, sink, and filtered water as well. It also has a master bedroom upstairs with a king size bed, and a private full bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and shower. Second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed, and has access to a shared bathroom. Third bedroom has two bunk beds with full size beds on bottom and twin size beds on top. This bedroom will easily sleep up to six people comfortably and has access to a shared bathroom. Upstairs also has a living room, with a sleeper sofa in it.
All bedrooms and living rooms have there own flat panel TV's with dvd players in both living rooms, and extended cable in all rooms. All linens are provided with our home, such as sheets for all beds, towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. All linens MUST be washed and neatly put away before departing or else you will be charged a $50 fee for washing and folding.
The outside has a private shower, picnic table, rocking chairs, regular chairs, lounge chairs, a swing, and golf cart. There are two decks, one on both levels of the house, where you will find the rockers, chairs, lounge chairs, and picnic table.
This is a family campground with 24 hour security, therefore we do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately WITHOUT REFUND.
There is no smoking, or pets allowed inside the house. Ash buckets will be provided on the decks outside.

$300 security deposit to hold the reservation with the full amount due 30 days
prior to check-in. If the house is left clean and undamaged, you will receive your
security deposit within 10 days of check-out. If the house is not left
clean enough for our next renters and our cleaning service has to come in
these fees will come from your security deposit $150. check in 3PM/check out 11AM
