The Fiscalini Ranch (420-acre nature preserve) is just steps from the house. The ranch is accessible thru a private rear gate. There you will find rolling hills with trails along the ocean bluffs and forest.
MAIN FLOOR - You will be greeted by cathedral ceilings, an elegant staircase, a Travertine fireplace, and hardwood floors. There is a chef's kitchen with new stainless appliances, granite counters, Travertine floor, large eating bar, skylights and wall-to-wall windows. There are two bedrooms on the main floor each with their own full bath. Each bathroom was updated to include granite counters, Travertine floors and showers. From the formal dining room there is access to the rear deck. There you will find an intimate outdoor eating area and a beautifully landscaped garden.
SECOND FLOOR - There is a spacious family room offering views of both the OCEAN and the nature preserve. Thru the French doors, located just off the family room, is a large media room. This room offers a separate living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, a large sofa, and a 54" Sony HDTV perfect for relaxing while enjoying the OCEAN VIEWS. This room has access to an OCEAN VIEW deck as well. The master suite has a fireplace, hardwood floors and a sunroom that offers panoramic views of the OCEAN. The master bathroom includes a Kohler jacuzzi tub, and a separate Travertine shower. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs with an adjoining bathroom and has access to the rear balcony.
The house is just two doors south of the Fiscalini Ranch Nature Preserve. There, you will find a boardwalk, along the coastal bluffs, offering breathtaking OCEAN AND COASTLINE views!!!

We had a fabulous time during our stay at this home in Cambria. Immaculate, well equipped, beautiful, comfortable, relaxing, I can't come up with enough words to describe this wonderful home. We hiked every day on the trails along the beautiful coast. We saw whales, dolphins and seals. VRBO is our favorite way to vacation and this home has been the highlight of our experience. Wine tasting near by is a must! Our group was very sad to leave this wonderful retreat.

My two high school classmates and I spent three nights at this beautiful home for a little mini-reunion. The home is beautifully furnished, very clean and we had every pot, pan, dish, and utensil needed to cook some great dinners. We even barbequed one night. Beds totally comfy and plush towels in the bathrooms. Adjacent to the Fiscalini Ranch, which offered a nice, easy-to-walk trail along the bluffs overlooking the ocean. Even saw some whales. We gave it an A+ for ambiance. We're already talking about a return visit. And our security deposit was returned in two days, which impressed me. Highly recommend Robin's in town for lunch or dinner.

We are 8 women friends who have gone to this beautiful home the last two years for a long weekend and will keep booking this home as long as we can! The location is perfect for walking along the bluffs and is also very close to town. The home is VERY comfortable and well equipped ....the kitchen is great to cook in! Highly recommend this beautiful spot.

Our group of eight women rented this house for a reunion weekend and all agreed it was perfect! Apart from an incredible setting with ocean views out the front and the nature preserve out the back gate - the furnishing and appointments were first class. The kitchen was a joy to work in - roomy enough for the whole group to cook and watch the cooks. Terry is so well organized and the business end of renting was without a hitch. I can't wait to go back and highly recommend this house!

This house was fabulous. Everything you could ask for. The ocean views were great, but what we didn't expect was how nice the views would be of the preserve behind us! Plenty of room, lots of amenities and perfect location. Highly recommended.

This home is gorgeous and in a great location! All amenities are provided, and the beds are SO comfortable our daughter bemoaned leaving. And the views? Incredible from the upstairs media room or sunroom attached to the master suite! (Not to mention being able to cook in the gorgeous kitchen and see the hills out the ample windows.) Access to both the bluffs and the ranch are literally outside the door. Beautiful house! You won't regret renting this one!
