Charming villa “Landaise” in a peaceful yet not secluded location, refurbished in 2007 to a very high standard. Villa Mondesir is set in mature and attractive gardens of 1/3 acre with large decked terrace backing on to a large, and mature pine forest.

A 10x5m private outdoor swimming pool will be available from December 2007. Within walking distance from village center and local amenities, and 7 minutes drive from the beach. Particularly suitable for families with small children (travel cot, buggy, high chair and toys all provided free of charge).

Pets welcome (with prior agreement).

Vacation Rental Features
Amenities	Washer Dryer Linens Provided: End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels all included. Maid service available at reasonable rates. A basic grocery arrival service is also available (milk, eggs, bread, butter, cereal etc) by prior arrangement. Garage: Used for storage and laundry. Off Street Parking Gas Fireplace: Gas central heating, every room has its own radiator with thermostat. Wood Fireplace: Wood not provided but can be sourced locally very cheap.
Beds	Queen Bed Double Bed Twin/Single Bed Convertible Bed Crib: Travel crib (cot)is provided as well as high chair, baby car seats of different sizes and buggy/pram.
Entertainment	TV (No Cable/Satellite): 32" flat screen LCD brand new TV. DVD Video Library: DVD library both kid and family movies. Video Game Console: Playstation II. Video Games CD Player Private Pool: exterior private pool. Shallow end is suitable for small children. Security fencing around the pool with lockable gate.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: Brand new open plan kitchen. Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator: 2 refrigerators are available, 1 large and one small built in appliance in the kitchen. Dishwasher Microwave
Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill: One outside and also one indoor barbecue grill available. Deck/Patio
Communications	Telephone Broadband Internet WiFi (Wireless Internet)
Other Amenities	An Emergency Honesty Basket is available comprising a range of emergency products for adults, children and babies ie toothbrushes, baby food, nappies, Calpol etc. This is offered on a trust basis and we request that people replace anything they may have needed to take.
Suitability	Pet Friendly Kid Friendly: The property is very well suited to families with young children. Toys, children's videos, high chair, travel cot, car seat and buggy are provided free of charge. Please be sure to clean these items and put them back in the garage after use. Smoking Not Allowed
