This cottage was great. This would be the only place that I would stay when returning to Hollywood Florida. My family enjoyed every moment. Everything was convienent in the home. The home was so nice and cozy. You could do nothing but keep it that way. The staff was wonderful. I would recommend everyone to stay there and it was reasonable. Anything you needed was there just like they said it would be. I would rate them a 100 plus. Their little lambs throughout the house was beautiful.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Lamb's Cottage for a too short long weekend in early March, 2010. The property was perfect in everyway. It was clean and had every imaginable amenity, the beds were comfortable and the furniture inviting. We used the computer provided, instead of setting up our laptops because it was so convenient. The location was perfect for us to get to the beach, walk the downtown area and of course, relax in the quiet backyard. We not only would recommend this property, but already have!! We only spent 2 nights at the Bouldvard Heights property, but it was a perfect place for 3 couples to stay. We were able to make our meals in the well equipped kitchen, and the grill was great for cooking burgers. We were close to the beach, and shopping. This is the first tme we have rented a house for vacation. We would not hesitate to do it again. We felt very confortable there. It was close to where we wanted to be. Thank you so much. This property was well located close to all major roads, just a few minutes from the beach and Broadwalk, within minutes of Dolphin Stadium and local attractions of all kinds. The house was very cozy and clean, and had everything we needed to make our vacation great. The jacuzzi was very relaxing late at night and the property overall was incredible. Just returned from a great holiday in Florida, which included a week at this property. The house was well situated close to the main routes in and out of Miami. We spent the winter of 08 at this property and loved it. Easy access to everything via the Turnpike, Interstates 95 and 595, and Hollywood Blvd. Very clean and well kept. Gary and Angie were easy to work with and when we had a problem with the phone and computer it was addressed immediately. We are returning for the winter of 09. C'est définitivement un endroit très agréable pour y demeurer. Tous nos besoin sont à proximité. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants.La maison est très bien meublés et dispose de tous les accessoires nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Nous n'hésiterons pas à louer à nouveau cette maison si nous retournons dans ce seteur. Deffinetely a great place to stay and to return . I just want to take this opportunity to thank Gary & Angie on the beautiful accommodations that we enjoyed while staying in this home and the wonderful service we received during our stay. Our stay at Boulevard Heights was the best stay at the best price we were able to find. This far exceeded a hotel room for us. Everything we wanted to do was a short distance away. We had a very pleasant stay in the house with 7 people. The house is well equipped, clean and it is much better than a stay in a hotel. Gary and Angie, thank you for making our stay very comfortable the house was very immaculate and everything we needed was there. The teenagers were kept entertained with the electronics and the computer and the unlimited long distance kept them from being too homesick. We highly recommend this property for anyone that is in the area and I will be calling again in the future, I am sure. The location is great, close to the beach, the interstate and the stores; thanks again. The hospitality from you was unbelievable keep up the good work and we will be seeing you again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We shopped around quite a bit, looking for the ideal house at the right price. On our trip to Florida, we ended up staying in 2 different houses, and the difference between the two was vast. Gary and Angie have a beautifully appointed home, well-equipped to meet just about any need you may have. We ended up paying less for a much nicer house when we moved into this one. There were no problems, and the owners were very attentive to our needs before and during our stay. Marvelous and Convenient are two of the words that I will use to describe the house in Boulevard Heights. The house has all the necessities of a regular house including satellite t.v., computer with the internet, jacuzzi, two bathrooms and three large rooms. We stayed at the Boulevard Hgts house on 05/12/07 to 05/19/07 with Kathy's Mom. It was a great house for 3 adults. So much better then a hotel room. All items listed in print out are in the house and then some. Anything you need, just touch base with Gary or Angie and they will help you out. They are always just a phone call away. My friends and I rented the house for a reunion weekend. It was beautiful, clean, and homey. We found every amenity we could possibly need. The location is convenient and central. Great place AND location! Gary and Angie provided everything you might possibly need while on vacation. The welcome basket of snacks and treats came in very handy as well as the travel size shower gel and shampoo. It felt like home. Our Family had a wonderful time In Hollywood ,The location of the vacation property was convienant to all shopping facility's.It was very clean and comforable. The Back yard was very private with a hot tub it was big enough for kids to run around and play. Angie and Gary had everything you would need to make your vaction a carefree one from a full fridge and freezer,a washer and dryer D.V.D's,a computer bedding, towels, beach chairs ..ect. Would we recommend this as your next vacation rental?...ABSOULUTLY! It was a pleasureable and memorable experiance. We rented the house for a week with our family and friends and it was amazing. The house had everything you needed to make it like home and the location works, close to everything. I just wanted to say that we had the best experience staying with miami seasonal. The home in which we stay was perfect. It had everything that we could of asked for and more. Plus the location was key. It was relativly close to the airport and to the turnpike and I95. Also we loved the interier of the house it was warm and inviting. We would definitly stay agian. The house was amazing, more than we ever expected. The area was very nice, and we were close to some great beaches. We loved the house so much we had a very hard time leaving. Excellent. My family of 5 stayed here from 2/17/07 to 2/23/07 and were very comfortable. The location is very close to all south florida has to offer and everything we needed was already provided in the house. Would definetly recommend staying here.
