Metro Station, you can have you and your family to the National Museums within fifteen minutes by train. This is a very large home and has approxitmately 3000 square feet of living space and is located in the beautiful historical neighborhood known as LeDroit Park. Home features Three bedrooms, Three full baths and one half bath, one pull out sofa and an extra Queen size bed in the spacious basement with a wetbar. You can drive to the downtown mall area within ten minutes or you can walk to local Subway Stations within ten minutes. Median Sales prices in this area average around $700,000.00. Downtown DC is 10 minutes away and offers an enormous potpourri of things to do and see from the world famous Smithsonian Museums, to concerts and Wizards Basketball games at the Verizon Center which is surrounded by Theatres, Bowling, Fine Dining and several very romantic or funky Lounges - and let's not forget Shopping!
