With 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths ( Jack and Jill Bathroom ), each bedroom has its individual sink and toilet area with a common tub and shower. A side deck with barbeque for casual dining was added in January 2008. A rear screened-in deck area is located off the back bedroom for reading and enjoyment. A brand new kitchen with all new appliances featuring a cook-top stove, dishwasher, and washer dryer. This is a one of a kind townhouse that is a reflection of old Delray with all the modern comforts of home.

This comfortable, attractive cottage more than met our expectations as a wonderful place to spend 6 weeks near the ocean in a setting where we could also walk to charming shops and great restaurants. The townhouse itself was very clean and cozy and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The property manager was always available and gave us invaluable information about the area. As beach enthusiasts, we loved being just a short walk to the great Delray oceanfront. We had such a wonderful time that we are already looking forward to a return to the cottage next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

The best thing about this Bungalow is it's position in Delray Beach - one block from Atlantic Avenue with its various restaurants and five minutes walking distance to the beach. We spent an enjoyable month in February 2012 staying in this lovely townhouse which was beautifully fitted and furnished. Everything you could ask for was provided including a big BBQ. The photos are exactly as it is - beautifully clean and very comfortable. The owner and his Property Manager couldn't have been more helpful and they even supplied brilliant blue skies and lots of sunshine! We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this delightful old-fashioned Floridian quaint cottage.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.
