This was our second April here. Can't say enough about this condo. Very clean!!! Everything you need is right there. New additions are very nice. The bed is great. My husband has back problems. He is going to buy him the same mattress here at home. Like that it is very close to Publix. Tried the two new Restaurant's by Publix. Enjoyed them. Like looking for shark teeth. Found some beautiful shell's. Martha and John are wonderful to work with you. We have already recommended this condo to our family and friend's.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Amazing!! We have enjoyed our week here so very much! My husband and I brought our two boys (ages 1 & 5) for a week at the beach! We are so impressed with the condo, area, beach and how close it is to Downtown St. Augustine. The area is very calm and has mostly houses! Therefore, we get the best of both worlds. DON’T WAIT!! You have to try this condo! The owners and local contact are wonderful to work with! You will not regret visiting this condo!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was everything we had hoped for and more. Very clean!! Had everything to make the stay wonderful. Owners were wonderful to work with. Stayed for a month and loved every minute of it. We felt so comfortable in the condo, we hated to leave. The condo is close to everything. Looking forward to next April. Watched the dolphins while we ate on the patio. Beautiful view from the kitchen, front room, and bedroom. Was able to walk to Publix. Loved walking on the beach looking for shark teeth and shells. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!! A big thank you to Regina also. More than charming this condo is ideal. It is lovely, well equiped with attractive, comfortable and clean furnishings. The kitchen is thoroughly equiped and easy to work in. The granite countertops in the kitchen and baths are a great touch and tile and wood floors make it attractive and easy to keep clean. Beds are comfortable and everything is in excellent wokring order. The location is also terrific. Very close to St Augustine, its easy to spend time at the beach and pool or make a quick trip to St Augustine for sightseeing or shopping. We've been here at the end of August and it was comfortable enough to turn off the AC and open the windows. How wonderful to hear the surf at night and watch the sunrise in the morning. It doesn't get any better!.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a beautiful 2nd floor property, with great beach and ocean views from the deck, master bedroom and the living room. Just a couple of steps to get to the beach over a well-maintained board walkway. There is a lifeguard about a 3-5 minute walk down to the south. The condo is in 5 star condition with nice finishes in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Air conditioning works great! Kitchen is very complete and well-stocked with good quality utensils and cookware. The pool is kept nice and clean, and is rarely occupied. The beach is a combination of fine white sand and coquina shell. It is best at low tide. Be sure to bring flip-flops for walking at high tide, as the coarser sand is exposed. Super location near downtown old St. Augustine. Definitely try Aunt Kate's restaurant just north of the condo. Owners of condo are very accomodating and quick to respond---thank you! We would stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I are just wrapping up a great week at Vilano Beach, an ideal place to enjoy the unspoiled beauty of Florida's northeast coast while having all of the attractions of St. Augustine close by. This condo is exactly as advertised. It is well maintained, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped for your beach vacation. The owner and cleaning service obviously take pride in providing clean and comfortable lodging -- the condo was literally spotless on our arrival. The newly remodeled kitchen is a well designed, fully equipped, and very functional. Being situated on the second floor, the unit -- and its large balcony -- has spectacular unobstructed 180 degree views of the Atlantic and it's amazing sunrises. The condo development is small (only 27 units) and the nice sized pool is rarely busy. We have also appreciated having wireless internet available. The owners have been easy to work with, handling our reservation and payment smoothly, and quick to respond to my inquiry about connecting to the wireless network. Some observations from our week at Vilano Beach: - We were disappointed by the food at nearby Cap's restaurant but very pleasantly surprised by the quality and creativity at the more reasonably priced Aunt Kates, not far away. - We are never disappointed at the quality of seafood at OSteen's on the other side of the Bridge of Lions. It's the best. - The boat rental on Comachee Island has nice boats at reasonable prices and friendly proprietors. - Kyle's fish market on North Rte. 1 has excellent locally caught shrimp and makes a nice fish dip. - The beach by the condo is best at low tide, when the softer sand allows for barefoot walking and there is a much gentler drop off as you enter the water. The thoughtfully placed tide clock in the unit is a helpful tool. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Do not hesitate! This updated condo is gorgeous, clean and very well appointed with amenities. We truly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. It is exactly as the owner describes and even more beautiful in person. The ocean view is breathtaking, as is the sandy Vilano beach. The trolleys are very reasonable and allow you to explore historical St. Augustine at your own pace. Our favorites were the fort and the lighthouse. Truly a vacation we will never forget!Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

This condo is exactly as advertised, only better. The view is better than pictured. The location and proxmity to St. A is perfect. There are many nearby restaurants without going into the historic district, even though it is quite near. The unit was ultra clean and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well appointed and I would recomend this place to just about anyone that would like a quiet beach get away without sacrificing civilization.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
