Our group of 7 (4 adults 3 kids) had an awesome time here! It was a very nice place in a convenient location. Nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The living spaces were not huge but perfectly comfortable for us. There is a large dining table that fit all of us. The bedrooms are all good sizes. Updated bathrooms and kitchen are definitely a plus! THe garage is quite small and we could not fit our rental van in there but theres not much that could be done about that and there is parking right outside the front door. Also the ocean is right out the front door. Trails along the water will take you all the way down to the aquarium. We were provided with passes for the aquarium which was an awesome value. We appreciated all the time and help that we received also. The only thing that I would say is not correct in the description is that the aquarium is a 10 min walk away. Its more like 30, just a few mins drive though. Or the trolley goes right by the house with stops near by and its free! Try out the Red House Cafe if you go, it's only a few blocks walk. We also had an awesome dinner at the Sardine Factory. Thank you so much for providing such a great place to enjoy our quick getaway!

We spent eight nights and truly enjoyed the location and the home. The walking path along the coast into Montery is breathtaking. The house is equipped with everything you need. The views from the upstairs balcony are great, expecially the Monterey Pines at Lover's Point Park. Bring your binoculars for endless hours of looking at otters, seals, sea lions, pelicans, etc. from within the house or acroos the street on the water's edge. The house is in quiet Pacific Grove and close to Monterey, 17 mile drive in Pebble Beach, and Carmel. Sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. Owners have a large 3-ring binder with tons of useful infomation on what to do, see, and where to eat. Renovated kitchen is a plus. This is a must stay for a relaxing vacation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was a return visit and the new Kitchen and flooring down stairs look great. Once again we had a great stay at your property, and were lucky enough to be able to watch the sea otters from the balcony.
