This unit is in the newly remodeled Sea Air Towers building with an awesome pool area and a fitness center that looks out at the ocean! The unit is on the 8th floor and the balcony overlooks the intercoastal waterway/city view. You can relax by the pool in a chase lounge with an attendant to help you with an umbrella or chair cushion. Then, walk down a few steps to the beautiful beach. The building has game rooms, where many domino and card games are played. There is also a billiards room and a ping pong table on the ground floor. Or you can relax and read a great book in the library.
