  Just returned from Cozumel, after staying numerous times in all inclusive' s, this was our first stay in a condo, let me just say, we will NEVER go back to an all inclusive again! This condo was perfect, immaculate, had everything we needed, great staff and the entire complex was beautiful. I would highly recommend this condo and the owners were great to deal with. Can't wait to return!

  Quiet, private condo right on the white sand beach. Stocked with everything a cook would need and affordable shopping close in town. Maid service was excellent as well. WE WILL be back for another stay. Price was great and everyone was very helpful during our week stay. Thank you Michael!

  The condo is everything it seems in the ad. Large, nicely equipped and very comfortable. There was a welcome basket of juices and fruits which was a fabulous touch. The condo is 13 kilometers south of town, which makes a trip to the store a little longer, but the Mega is worth the trip, great bakery department. The pools are , thats right plural, are lovely, nice padded loungers and tables. The beachfront area has palapa with chairs and enough trees to allow for shade when the afternoon sun hits. If you dive it is well worth using Jamie Mezo for your dive adventure. Michael has his info. The balcony overlooked the pool and the beach, with a table and chairs we had breakfast there everyday. Had a little trouble understanding the W/D the face being in Spanish. Marta does a fabulous job everyday. Really nice meeting Fulvio. The Condo site staff are friendly and helpful and do a great job with security and the grounds. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

  Beautiful 1 bedroom fully furnished condo very well maintained. Maid service was awesome...we loved the service (even washed our laundry). The property was amazing with two pools, palapas and a very quite atmosphere. The beach was nice but not the type where you can run or play in the water. Rocky and reef like at the waters edge. Snorkeling good north of the pier. Surrounding properties post signs saying private but all beaches in mexico are public so these signs are not enforced. It is a fair distance from town so a car rental is a must, We spent our days visiting various snorkel spots around the island and returned in the afternoon to relax by the pools. Fresh bottled water and the ability to cook for yourself was a big bonus. US landline phone service was nice to keep in touch back home if need be. Dish TV and WI-FI was great also. The unit was a little farther from the beach than expected but literally a 1 minute walk..no big deal. Best kept secret was the roof top patio area for sunsets and recliners for sitting in the sun. Great for honeymooners or romantic getaways!!!

  We've stayed at Residencias Reef 3x, and twice in this 1BR 1BA unit. Nothing but great things to say. Separate TVs in living room & bedroom work well for my husband and me. Large BA with double vanity is also very nice for 2 middle aged folks each with our own potions and lotions and pill minders. We go to the fresh market a couple times each stay (1 week) and the kitchen is well stocked with pans, cutlery*, & spices for us to prepare the fresh catch of the day. (*Be particular with the knives in the block - Chicago Cutlery and it is very nice to work and very sharp.) There are so many reasons this is idyllic - perfect view & access to beautiful private beach, convenient to next door "beach hut" to schedule snorkeling or scuba trips where you're picked up from the dock on the property, well appointed condo with all the conveniences of home, full kitchen, patio/balcony with hot tub, fresh water supply, nice bath and bed linens, full shower, located outside of town but convenient to both downtown or the other side of the island. We love Cozumel, have learned to scuba, and will return for Christmas 2013. This condo is the perfect place to stay for those looking for something more than the typical scuba resort or hotel room. The owners have been very easy to work with. If you stay here, please respect the condo as well as the overall property. Let's keep it a notch above.

  We really enjoyed our stay...the condo complex is private, quiet and well maintained. The condo itself was well furnished and felt like home away from home. Having acwashervand dryer allowed us to travel light (note: it is a small energy efficient unit, so it doesn't hold much per load), and the daily maid service kept everything tidy. We enjoyed the two private pools and actual white sand beach (somewhat rare on the island). We would definitely come back.

  We had a wonderful week. Coming from snow and cold to warm water, sand and sun. The condo was perfect. Imaculate and had eveyrthing you could want. Marie and Fulvio were right there in case you needed anything.This was our second trip and had decided that all-inclusives didn't quite meet our standard for food and thought the condo idea was a good approach. Wonderful way to go ! The beach was right ourside the door a 1 minute walk. The view was spectacular. The week we were there the water was choppy due to winds so the snorkeling was not as good as I remember from last year, but I did bunch into a sting ray right off the pier. The beach also took a little manuvering to get in as the rock and coral wer ea challenge. Entering by the pier was the best bet. All in all it was a great week and I hope to get back next year.

  My highest recommendations for this property. It was an exceedingly lovely place to enjoy and to come home to after a day of exploration. We would love to return to this very place some day. Thanks to the owners for sharing your piece of paradise!

  This is our 5th visit to the island but our first time in this condo. We are so glad we found it. We stayed for nearly 4 weeks. The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer , and wifi, vonage line, two cable TVs. It provides all the comforts of home making the longer stay easy and relaxing. The view is memorizing and there is always a wonderful cross breeze through the apartment. We enjoyed the island, taking Spanish lessons at S.E.A. in San Miguel, sampling the island’s wide variety of restaurants, cooking lessons, touring the chocolate factory, exploring the other side of the island, dancing with the locals in the main square on Sunday evenings. The local movie theater has a good selection of current American films. And of course, diving and snorkeling. If is amazing we found as much time as we did to hang out on the beach and by the pool. Marta is a doll and keeps the place sparkling. Fulvio was very helpful when the internet went down. He and the owner, Michael, saw to it that it was fixed immediately. We will be back and hopefully for longer next time!

  This beautiful condo is the perfect place to stay in Cozumel. The beach in front is great, there are two large swimming pools, one right next to the beach, and even a jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the beach. The condo is outfitted with everything needed: full kitchen, great bathroom, and air conditioning throughout. Even two flat screen tvs. This is like staying in a hotel's luxury suite for regular room prices. We will definitely return!
