We are located near the airport and ferry! This apartment has an exceptional view and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We are also close to the bus stop if you're looking at saving money by utilizing public transportation.
This property is clean and modern well maintained and in a convenient in town location. Located near shopping and medical facilities w/ several types of tours readily available during the summer season. There is plenty of room to move around and comfortably accomodates 3-5 people.
Fully outfitted with 2 lazy boys, a queen size sofa sleeper, desk for your paperwork or access the wireless network. Dining table seats 6, it's like home away from home. Kitchen is fully outfitted and we even have an espresso maker.
Home is very family friendly with a fenced in yard and even toys. BBQ is available to cook up your local catch or whatever you got at the store: ) Long term rentals will require a lease and a minimum cleaning deposit of $300.00 100% refundable if unit is left in the same condition that it was in upon your arrival.
2 day minimum. 13% tax applies to rentals less than 1 month. 6% for monthly rentals. 50% of total is required upon confirmation of reservation. Prices are double occupancy. Each additional person is $25.00 per day.
