We are located one mile from the airport and ferry and three blocks to the shopping mall and medical facilities.
The view is fantastic as you drink your morning coffee and watch the activity on the Tongass Narrows. This property is clean, modern, and well maintained. There is plenty of room to move around (over 1000 sq ft)and comfortably accommodates up to 5 people.
This home is very family friendly. It is outfitted with 2 comfortable recliners, a queen size sofa sleeper, desk for your paperwork and access to the wireless network. Dining table seats 6...it's like home away from home. Kitchen is fully outfitted and a BBQ is available to cook up your local catch or whatever you got at the store: )
Long term rentals will require a lease and a minimum cleaning deposit of $500.00 100% refundable if unit is left in the same condition that it was in upon your arrival.
2 day minimum rental. 13% tax applies to rentals less than 1 month. 6% for monthly rentals. 50% of total is required upon confirmation of reservation. Prices listed are for double occupancy, each additional person is $25.00 per day.
