This 1940's era cottage is rustic, yet up to date. The community is unique. It is very diverse and welcoming, very representative of today's Hudson Valley. We have all ages, plenty of kids. You can stroll over to our full service, lifeguarded waterfront on Barger Pond almost right outside your door. Boats and canoes are available, and there is an enormous, unique structure where up to 100 people can sit out on the water and read, play cards or just talk.

The cottage is only steps away from our lovely waterfront, with all the activities you would have in a summer camp.

The community is on the side of mountain. The air is wonderful and it feels completely rural. And yet shopping is ten minutes away by car and NYC is a hop skip and a jump. You can even commute!

Save time, save gas, and maximize your leisure time.

  • Pet Friendly: hypoallergenic (short-hair) dogs OK. Sorry, no cats!!
  • Kid Friendly: There is a lot here for kids. There are lifeguards, kiddie pools built into the lake, a playground on premises, ballfields, a community garden, and a community ping pong and pool table. We encourage families with children to make inquiries.
