  • I would recommend this apt. to anyone staying in Santa Monica. What a great location and easily accessible to a grocery store right down the street, outdoor shops a few blocks down and the beach and pier within distance. The apt. was laid out well with all the amenities one needs. Much better than staying at a hotel! Parking was sometimes difficult to find along the street at night. We would stay there again.

  • Great location, and really nice apartment, with all the amenities, right down to a BBQ on the patio, and a bicycle too! Beats staying at a hotel! I felt right at home, the internet connection worked great, and I really enjoyed my 10 days on Euclid Street. This was my first time renting from Vacation Home Rentals, and it was a completely positive experience. I would do it again without hesitation. However I DID have some difficulty parking, especially when I got home late at night. It was easier during the day -- but then again, Santa Monica is notorious for it's lack of adequate parking spaces. So you take the good with the bad.

  • We stayed here last month (Oct 08) and greatly enjoyed the apartment. What a wonderful change from hotels, even the nicest. The apartment is well laid out, with very comfortable furniture, lots of morning sun and a very nice enclosed and very private patio with picnic table and roses. We will be returning for a month in early 09.

  • Great Place, just as described! No complaints! The walk on wilshire to the beach is very doable and lots of great stops along the way.. This is definitely the way to go if you're looking for affordable housing near the beach!
