Welcome to the "L'Aqua" house! This spacious 2200 square foot summer getaway home was completely remodeled during the summer of 2007. Tastefully decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques as well as modern decor from all over the world. Cherry hardwood floors enhance the overall beauty and appeal of this home. This awesome home has five bedrooms, each its own unique color and sleeps 12 very comfortably (California King bed, Queen bed, double bed, twin beds and two twin bunk beds). There are three full size bathrooms, two with skylights, and all very distinctive in their blue, green and turquoise palettes. This jewel is only two blocks from South Beach and an easy five minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants.
Our many conveniences include a beautiful state of the art kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, ample cookware and utensils, loads of recessed lighting all on dimmers, and central air-conditioning. Sliding door off the kitchen is an easy access to the spacious deck. The deck table/chairs and bar make this the perfect atmosphere for evening entertainment. Recessed outdoor lighting sets the mood!
No smoking and no pets allowed. The weekly turnover day is Sunday for L'Aqua House - please make a note of this when planning your vacation travel!

Our family has vacationed along the coast of Lake Michigan for many years, but we have never spent any time in South Haven. We decided on this location as we were looking for something a bit more upscale, and this house most certainly fit the bill! Gorgeous home! The kitchen was a dream come true as we love to cook and entertain, and L'Aqua had every amenity possible. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and the beds were as comfortable as could be. My younger son just loved the zebra room! The location was key, as it was only two short blocks from the beach, and our three kids had no trouble whatsoever making the trek down to the beautiful white sandy beaches. We booked it with another family, and it was the perfect size for our combined group of 10. Thanks again for such memorable summer vacation. We will most certainly be coming back to L'Aqua again next year!
