This town home is adjacent to the Moonlight Basin Lodge and at the base of the Iron Horse lift. Ski-in and ski-out, is only a walk across a small parking lot. The town home is very well appointed and designed so it feels a lot larger then its 1,800 square feet.
There is a large great room with remote controlled gas fire place. You are surrounded by majestic views. From the back deck your views are some of the best of Big Sky and from the front door you see Lone Mountain.
There is no need for a car once you arrive at the town home. Your vehicle may be parked at your front door for maximum convenience and minimal lugging of gear and kids. The front entry way is slate, so you can store all of your snowy boots and equipment in the warm air.
We are located on two ski resorts, Big Sky to the left and Moonlight Basin to the right. The Iron Horse lift is shared by both areas. You can access over 5300 acres of terrain that ranges from the smoothest carpet for beginners to the most terrifying chutes for the expert and everything in between. When it snows at Moonlight Basin, as it will do by the feet, you can ski on powder all day because a busy day may have 1000 skiers playing in 2400 skiable acres. Children ski free with adult at Big Sky. There are excellent ski schools and ski/nursuries.
Relax in the Lodge by having a cocktail, reading a book, taking a swim, or visiting the spa for an after ski massage. The Timbers Restaurant is an exceptional dining experience. Once you come to this area you will need look no further because this is the "Last Best Place." Just a short 50 mile drive from the Bozeman airport. The rates and the calender are both up to date.
This home was a model for the complex, it is very well decorated and cozy.

Why the Owner Chose Saddle Ridge
We chose this property for it's remoteness in the wild beauty of Montana, yet it's covenience to an airport 40 miles away. It is possible to get a stagecoach ride to Moonlight basin to and from the airport, and never need a car. There is a great restaurant on the property, spa, golf course, and ski lifts, just steps from the door. There is a national park 40 miles away, high mountain lakes and world class fly fishing rivers all nearby. It is an all season location.

Owner's Map of Saddle Ridge
Our family began coming to Big Sky in 2003. We bought our first condo that same week. A year later, after we realized how much we loved it here, we sold the condo and bought a house. Since then our family has grown and we have had to add space. We bought this property in 2006 to have more room for our family and to have a place that the children could roll out of bed in the morning and onto the ski hill without hitching a ride from the parents. They love this condo, and love the largest ski area in the US. No matter their skill level, they are challenged, and in their minds they are the absolute masters of this hill. We have since built another house that pulled us all back together again for family holidays. But, the magic of being in a ski in/ski out is undeniable. We can't give up this space. You will enjoy the convenience and coziness of this space. In the summer it is remote and beautiful. It has a golf course on the property.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful mountain home with us. We all had plenty of space and time for fabulous skiing. This was our 6th winter vacation here in Big Sky and look forward to many more. The location was perfect.
