This second floor, two car garage unit has the added convenience of a full eat-in kitchen, separate dining room, spacious living room and screened lanai.
This spectacular vacation home is located on the golf course in the gated community of Copperleaf at the Brooks. The Sago Pointe community pool is conveniently located beside this unit and has the additional amenities of an outdoor grill and Jacuzzi. Located 15 minutes from the Ft. Myers Airport, Copperleaf is located only minutes from new shopping, restaurant and entertainment venues such as Coconut Pointe, Gulf Coast Towne Center and The Miromar Outlets.
The Master Bedroom is furnished with the comfort of a king-size bed and the convenience of two walk-in closets and a private bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks. A TV with DVD player is provided for convenience.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed.
The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds and a TV with DVD player. This bedroom also has direct access to a shared bathroom.
The open living room has the comfort of a sofa, love seat, and entertainment center equipped with a TV, DVD player and stereo system.
The relaxing privacy provided by the screened-in lanai is great for enjoying all four seasons of beautiful weather associated with this southwest Florida area. The lanai, which overlooks the 3rd tee of the Copperleaf Golf Course, is furnished with a table and six chairs. The lanai has sliding door access from the Master Bedroom, Living Room and Kitchen.
For a nominal membership and application fee, you will enjoy the benefits and amenities of the private golf club of Copperleaf. A newly renovated 13,500 square foot club house is available for dining, private parties, and meetings or just relaxing in the bar. A heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and snack bar and four lighted tennis courts are located next to the club house.
The par-72, Gordon Lewis designed golf course has wide, generous fairways, plenty of water and sand obstacles and five sets of tees (ranging from 4200 to 7200 plus yards) to accommodate all skills and challenges desired for your golf game. The GPS equipped golf carts are a great amenity to the golf experience.
