Why the Owner Chose Pelican Isle
Oakaloosa Island is a perfect place to enjoy all of the benefits of the Destin area without the crowds. Our beaches are quieter and less crowded. Pelican Isle is on the west end of the island which is more secluded and the views from having a direct view on the best is amazing.

It is still amazing to wake up and look out the window onto the Gulf of Mexico.
Drink your morning coffee and see Dolphins playing outside in your front yard.
The sunsets are gorgeous and who can ever get tired listening to the ocean.
Pelican Isle Unit 402 is on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. The island is on Santa Road Blvd, 866, at the intersection of Santa Rosa and highway 98 at the foot of the Brooks Bridge. We are on the east side of the gulf and the entire complex has direct views of the gulf on the beach.

We could not be more pleased with the condo. From the start, communication with the owner was excellent, fast response to all emails. The front desk staff was very pleasant as well. The condo itself was VERY clean and tastefully decorated. Nice flat screen TVs, updated furnishings and the view is simply beautiful!! We could not have asked for a better place to spend our 25 year Anniversary! We will stay here in our future beach trips!
