This condo is perfect for a ski vacation or Park City getaway any time of year. The accomodations are comfortable and clean and the location is perfect. You will be close to the ski mountain and a quick walk or bus ride right into Main Street Park City. We had a great time staying in this convenient condo!

My wife and I very much enjoyed staying in this condo. Suellen (owner) is a wonderful hostess and was Very easy to work with. The condo is in the Empire House which is across the street from the Park City Mountain Resort (we just walked to the lifts! Took about 5 minutes from our condo door to the lift). This is a nice, comfy condo, and easy to feel at home in. Overall Great location with easy access to everything in Park City including historic main street and a total of three ski resorts. Negatives would be there are a few stairs to climb to the top floor and no elevator to help with luggage. This was not a big deal to us, but could be for someone else. I liked the exercise! Overall we had a great time staying there and would definitely consider returning again. We have already recommended it to a friend who is looking into it for this ski season.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. Very comfortable, clean and quite. The owner went out of her way to ensure it was pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here.

My husband, father and I stayed in the top floor unit of the Empire House on a recent ski trip to Utah. The unit was charming and unique, unlike any other condo out there. It is situated across the street from the parking lot of the Park City Ski Resort. The house has a well equipped kitchen which was really handy (it saved us lots of trips to the grocery store for basics). One of the great perks was the steam shower. We all loved it after long days of skiing. My only criticism, is that the one bedroom with the one full bath, is only semi-private. This place is great for a small family or close friends.

What a fun space. The condo comfortably accomodated the four of us and had a personal feel. After skiing, to curl up in one of the many private spaces to read or to enjoy the variety of games they stocked (we've since bought 2 of the games for ourselves) made for a homey atmosphere no hotel could match. We had as much fun in the condo as on the slopes (which are right across the street). The location afforded us terrific flexibility. We could stop back for lunch or take a break in our own private space and still have walkie-talkie contact with the rest of the family on the slopes. No need for a car. One of our best vacations!

Such a cozy place to lounge after a day on the slopes! We've stayed at this condo a few times now. The huge "great room" is just wonderful for the family. The location can't be beat --- right at the base of the PC Resort, but still quiet and homey.

My family of four (two adults, two teens) had a great stay at your condo. The location is great. The underground parking is a real plus! The food waiting in the kitchen was a treat. We all enjoyed the steam shower after a long day of skiing! This is a great place to stay and we highly recommend it to anyone!

Terrific, Fun Condo! Has vaulted redwood ceilings, skylights, sitting area with nice views, huge master shower/steam unit, big screen TV. Basement garage parking is awesome. The best thing is the location! Directly across the street from PC Resort. Walk to: lifts, Main Street, 7-11, bus stop in front (freq./free bus service). Will stay here again.

This is a very spacious, comfortable, and fun place to stay. We really enjoyed our vacation. The location is perfect for the PC resort and it's great to be walking distance to town for restaurants and strolling around. Indoor parking is a real asset. We would be happy to stay here again.
