This gorgeous recently remodeled 1 bedroom condominium is available for weekly rentals. The entire complex sits right on the beach at North Coast Village, minutes from the pier and harbor. The condo is urnished with great comfort in mind, and most important, just steps from the beach. There is great surfing, swimming, volleyball, and fire pits for an evening barbecue. Within walking distance is the beautiful Oceanside pier, there is a 50's diner at the end of the pier. Enjoy the fishing right off of the pier, and boating activities.
Paradise by the Sea Beach Retreat: We furnish all of our condos so that all you need to do is pack your clothes and bring the food you would like to BBQ on your private balcony. Take the elevator to the main level and you're right at the beach.
This condo sleeps 4 people comfortably, two people in the master bedroom on a king size bed with 1 flat screen TV with/DVD in the living room and TV/VCR/DVD in te bedroom. The new queen sofa sleeper with inner coil spring mattress is most comfortable.
The patio by the pool.... has a BBQ gas grill and table with comfortable chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunny days and beautiful sunset with your friends and family. Sunsets so close you can almost touch them.
The dining area where you can eat or invite a few friends over to play cards. In the closet is everything you need to go to the beach, such as beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped with convenience in mind. A full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher are present with all of the conveniences of home. An electric stove awaits you if you desire to cook while on vacation equipped with dishes, pots, pans and more.
The lush tropical landscaping and waterfalls will remind you of a Hawaiian resort. You even have your own ponds amd streams right below. The short walk to Oceanside Harbor which offers many shops and restaurants, sport fishing, water activity rentals, Catamaran cruisies and dinning with great views. Nearby attractions include Legoland theme park and Wild Animal Park.
Our 3rd floor 1 bedroom premium unit is located just a short walk to the sand. It has an ocean view and is tastefully decorated.
Oceanside is one of the finest swim and surf beaches in Southern California, and has been listed by a leading travel magazine as having the best all around yearly beach climate. Don't forget to take a stroll to the Oceanside pier where you can fish from the pier or eat at Ruby's Diner, a 50's restaurant is in full swing during peak summer season for concerts and special events.

Year Purchased: 1980
I retired from 25 yrs in Corporate America in 1999 and started a cleaning service for something to do part time. After a year of doing homes, I was asked to help someone at North Coast Village while she went on vacation. After seeing the complex and the possibilities, plus the need for a good cleaning service, I moved my business there and within a few months had 26 units. 2 yrs later I decided to buy 3 condos and since my cleaning clients had been encouraging me to handle their bookings too, I decided to start as a full time rental agent and I now have 17 condos plus my 3. My favorite part of this business is speaking with the potential guests and seeing how I can make their vacation a very special and memorable one. I have 20 very nice condos that anyone would love to stay in.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
All of my condos are fully equipped with everything one could want while on vacation, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards (some have wet suits). We have a hair dryer in every unit and offer a welcome gift baskets for those late night arrivals and the kids are hungry. The best of all is my units are CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!

The North Coat Village complex is well located and convenient for almost everything; facilities are good and very well maintained. This particular unit worked satisfactorily for us and had a pleasant outlook on the complex and beach. The layout of the unit with the only bathroom essentially ensuite to the bedroom makes it awkward for more than a couple (difficult for guests). The unit really needs updating and a bit of TLC would help. Overall, though, a good experience ...

We normally have mom, dad and the kids in the one bedroom, so I see your concern with 2 couples or guests. I am curious about the updating and TLC, as this is the first time anyone has mentioned that for this unit. If you would like to send me a separate e-mail with your suggestions I am always open to present to the owner.. The bedroom set, sofa and recliner fairly new, new carpet and paint. We stayed a this property in September and had a wonderful time. The location is great with a beautiful view of the ocean. There is easy access to the ocean which is about a 1/2 block away, allowing for beautiful morning walks on the beach. Oceanside pier is within walking distance and a hub bub of activity. The property grounds are beautiful with a nice size pool and hot tub. The condo is very comfortable and loaded with anything you will need, including beach chairs, boogies boards, and umbrellas. There are ample brochures and literature of touristy type things to do in the area. The condo is very clean and well taken care of and Pamela is very accommodating and easy to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Oceanside, Carlsbad, Camp Pendleton area.
