We had a great time. Very centrally located nearby the farmers market, cooffe shops, and Huggos which has local music, hula, and beachside dancing. Unit has all the needed supplies and includes some extras like boogy boards and umbrella. Nice pool and off main road - so quiet. You can't get closer to the ocean than this.
Owner response:We agree, it's the best location in Kona! Mahalo for staying with us.

What a great time we had on the Big Island. Anne made is so easy and was patient with my many questions. The weather was partly cloudy but we got our sunsets and cocktails in each night. I enjoyed the privacy and peacefulness of the condo. It's location was great. Close enough to all the restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds, we used this as a springboard to the rest of the island! The condo had everything we needed including information about a great used book store!! This is definitely a must do and must stay place!! Thank you for sharing your condo and letting us enjoy a place that we will surely return to. (Christy & Steve)

This condo is top notch! It is clean and comfortable and the view is unbeatable! We loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay. It is close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe. The bed was comfy and you can't beat falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves!
Owner response:So happy you enjoyed your stay, you are welcome back anytime!

This condo location is the best. Yes, sea turtles, dolphins & eel action at different times of the day. This condo is so comfortable & beautiful. It was so nice to have everything we needed to settle in and have meals in. Thanks for making our vacation stress free.

Situated as close as one can get to the ocean is this meticulous one bedroom condo. Each time we have visited, updates have been made to make our stay perfection with location. Pictures do not do adequately portray this well maintained and loved property. Although restaurants and attractions are walking distance, one feels in another world with the ocean and the sunsets your vista from the lanai. This is the perfect place for a respite of body and soul.

Stayed here in Feb. 2011 and enjoyed our vacation so much. Every day there was something new in the ocean in front of us, it was spectacular. Really enjoyed the amenities of the condo and the ease of booking it. Great location, loved every minute!
Owner response:The whales are back again now, we hope you come back to visit them. Thanks for staying with us!

We would highly recommend this property. The owner was extremely helpful. The unit is in a great location, very clean and quiet at night. You will go to sleep listening to the waves. All the essentials are in the unit, just arrive and relax. Within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.

We very much enjoyed our stay in unit 202! It is a perfect location for short walks into town & a good base point for visits to other areas of the island. We have come to the Big Island several times & this is the best Kona location we have stayed in. The condo had everything we needed - including plastic wrap to store your leftovers or half grapefruit, papaya, etc. We appreciated the small cooler to pack water, snacks, etc. for the longer day trips & were also glad for the beach towels. The lanai was perfect for breakfast in the morning, afternoon relaxing cocktail or dinner in. (we don't need to eat out every night, especially after a long day, grab some Killer Tacos & all set). Loved the place. Will definitely consider coming back next time we come to Kona. Very quiet, no street noise or neighbor noise.

Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen, great beach equipment…the lanai was our favorite spot both for breakfast and after a full day. We will be back.

We had a fantastic time at your condo…the lanai was amazing. We spent most night dining on the lanai instead of eating out, we simply couldn’t let the view go to waste. Mahalo to the owner, we will be back.

This is a fantastic place to stay. We walked to the farmers market and coffee shop each morning and returned with our goodies to enjoy on the lani. Decor was perfect and many additional beach items were provided. The building is definitely showing its age but so are many of the condos in this area. All the pieces worked so it did not bother us other than the low shower head which my 6’4 husband probably wasn’t fond of. The kitchen had all the necessary pieces to cook delicious dinners which we once again enjoyed on the lani. (We did venture out of the condo but I can't say enough good things about the lani and the view). We saw dolphins spinning and flopping their way up and down the coast. Dinner and a show! This place is on its own road off Alii Dr so you don’t get the road noise that some places have. We would highly recommend this place.
Owner response:The bathroom was beautifully remodeled right after this guest departed, which included raising the height of the shower head.

I just wanted to let you know much we enjoyed the condo. It had everything that we needed plus was nice, clean, and comfortable. It's such a great location for walking to town; restaurants, shops. and the Farmers Market. I think we spent 1/2 our time sitting on the lanai watching the water with the cruise ships, Para sailors, kayakers, etc.. There's nothing better then listening to the ocean at night while falling asleep.
