Escape the hustle and bustle when you stay in this beautifully decorated, three bedroom town home located in the gated community of Windsor Hills Resort. We have thought of everything to make your stay a wonderful experience. We are located 1 and a half miles from Disney, that's just five minutes away, while Universal and Sea World are only fifteen minutes away.
Enjoy the screened lanai and heated splash pool while you drink your morning coffee or sip a margarita. Walk over to the club house where you can watch a movie in the theater, go swimming in the Olympic-size walk in pool, or exercise in the fitness center. Play all kinds of games located in the clubhouse, from the arcade, ping-pong, foosball, to pool at the billiards tables. Outdoors there are tennis courts, volleyball, and a playground. You can also pick up a few things you forgot to bring in the Sundry Shop.
The master suite has a King-size Bed and luxurious tub. The second bedroom is also very comfortable with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a Disney theme. There is also a folding bed in the Disney room for a third sleeper. Each bedroom has a TV and a DVD/VCR player.
There are bathrooms, with blow dryers, for every bedroom. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a 36 inch TV with cable, DVD, and stereo. There are several movies and CDs supplied in the home and movie rentals are available on-site in the clubhouse. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils you would need to whip up breakfast or dinner. There is also a PlayStation II and several games supplied.
We will ensure that your home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that arise during your stay. If you are arriving late at night, just let us know. Relax and enjoy the attitude of the latitude.

For anyone who has the thought of taking a vacation to Central Florida I would absolutely recommend this wonderful townhouse located inside the gated community of Windsor Hills as the place to stay. The main gate is manned 24/7 by security for those of you who are concerned about security. The staff of Windsor Hills is professional and willing to help out with whatever need or question you might have during your stay. The townhouse itself is just perfect. My little boy basically rolled out of bed and into the splash pool every morning and after all of our all day outings to Gatorland, Kennedy Space Center and Melbourne Beach it was wonderful to come home and soak in the splash pool myself. The bedrooms all have there own restrooms which made for a comfortable stay with our other family members that were with us. The townhouse was clean, well organized and quiet. We never once heard any sounds from our neighbors during our entire stay which was wonderful. The grounds at Windsor Hills where clean and well manicured and made for a very nice setting for evening walks around the rest of the resort. When my family returns to Florida for our Disney Trip this is the Townhouse that we will be staying at. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone and everyone.

We've stayed at a number of VRBO properties and this was one of the best. The pictures very accurately reflect what the townhome looks like and everything was clean and well kept. When we changed our mind and decided we did want the pool heated it was turned on and warm the next day. The owner, Carolyn was very responsive to all my questions and my requests. The Windsor Hills property is just 2 miles from the Disney Main Gate which is great for the little ones because we could get them home and in the splash pool pretty quickly. We came here with another family who has one child also and there was enough space for all of us. The boys loved their Mickey Mouse room. There is a terrific playground on the property and the large lagoon pool and fitness center were top notch. I cannot praise this townhome and Windsor Hills enough. It was a really great choice for the price, location and quality. We will be back!
