Photo 1 - Kennebunkport Vacation House This charming beach cottage has all the amenities you will ever need for a memorable summer vacation. Views of the ocean from the livingroom, porch & upstairs bedrooms. The front porch is awash with sun throughout the day. Just steps from the entrance to the white sands of Gooserocks beach, fronting Timber Island & just around the corner from the Tides Inn. The cottage has four bedrooms total. The first floor has two bedrooms just off the kitchen with two double beds. The upstairs bedrooms contain 4 twin beds (one with a small bathroom). Baseboard heating with a thermostate in each room, Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, basic television (no cable) with DVD/VHS players, and wood burning stove. Guests are responsbile for their linens & towels. Off season rentals are available at discounted rates! Thank you for your consideration.
