Junior 1 Bedroom units are available for $395.00 plus $85.00 cleaning and 12% tax per week...for June, July and August. These units will sleep 2-4 people. The units are approx 450 square feet. They have full kitchen, full, bath, sleeper sofa/futon and a full bed in the bedroom. These units have windows they DO NOT have any water views or balconies.
This condo is located right on the beach and is the only building where you can have it all (beach, heated pool, private boat dock on the Intracoastal Waterway). Holiday Villas III is located in Indian Shores about 15 minutes South of Clearwater Beach and has beach-side heated pool, beach volleyball, poolside sundeck, shuffleboard, BBQ pits and picnic area, private boat dock, private fishing pier on Intracoastal side.
Holiday Villas III offers mostly 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf front units. There are 2 bedroom 2 bath Intracoastal View units, 1 bedroom 1 bath Intracoastal view units and there are junior one bedroom one bath units available as well.
Our cancellation policy states that any reservation cancelled more than sixty days prior to arrival will receive half of their deposit refunded. Cancellations made less than sixty days prior to arrival would forfeit the full deposit amount.
