Lucaya, a gated community, is just minutes from the Sanibel Bridge. Golfing, swimming, shell collecting, boating, parasailing, shopping at the Miramar Outlets, gambling at the Seminole Casino are just a few of the activities available close by. Historical downtown Naples for dining and shopping is also miles away. Red Sox fans and Minnesota Twins will enjoy the 10 minute drive to Cypress Park where Spring Training takes place.
Lucaya has a beautiful pool with a clubhouse and fitness center along with outside grills, big screened TV inside and a small playground for the children. Access to the Clubhouse and pool requires code input and is very secure.
Our unit is 3578 square feet including the lanai and 2 car garage. The unit includes a formal dining room along with a separate breakfast area, island with stools, family room with flat screen TV and a lanai off of the family room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV along with a master bath that contains an over-sized shower, his and her vanities and over-sized tub. Second and third bedrooms are adjoined by a private bathroom with a queen size in one room and double beds in the other. Both rooms have cable TV. Adjacent to these rooms is a nice sized laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and cabinets for storage. Across the hall there is a private room with a queen size bed. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans. WIRELESS INTERNET is included.

The Unique Benefits of this Coach Home
Our Carriage House is very spacious and very conducive to entertaining. The kitchen area is wide open which allows guests, family and friends to enjoy a nice dinner or just gather to socialize. The lanai is screened in overlooking the canal for after dinner drinks or just relaxing.
