No better place to spend your vacation

My family spent the summer in this gorgeous apartment close to Sanibel's wonderful beaches and some great shopping malls. The apartment is furnished beautifully, very clean and you will find everything you need. It perfectly fits three generations of your family if you plan a family vacation. The pool area is great for everyone and kids will have the greatest fun. You will have a lot of privacy in this unit and are able to relax and forget about your daily stress. The apartment is centrally located to reach beaches, dining and shopping close by. Day trips to the Everglades are also perfectly to plan from there. My family could not ask for a better place to stay. Maria is great with assistance, help and tips and made it very easy to find everything. Thank you for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. If my family plans to visit this area again, they will definitely get back to you.

Perfect foundation to great vacation

The entire experience was delightful. Maria was responsive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. The home is beautiful. The furnishings are a perfect blend of luxury and family friendly. Bed's were very comfortable. Master bedroom was private, quiet, and separate from the other bedrooms. In addition, the location was only a few minutes from beaches, plenty of shopping, and restaurants. We will definitly make this our regular vacation destination. Couldn't ask for more.

My family rented this property for the month of March 2011.Everything about this house was beyond our expectations. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, well equiped and most of all very comfortable for a large group. We spent a lot of time at the heated pool/hot tub/gym complex which is a one minute walk down the road. The location is fantastic. The house is close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beach. There are also lots of places to shop and dine in the area.I rented a bicycle close by and went for long rides most day. Most of our crowd were bird watchers and we found we were fairly close to lots of nature reserves. The owners are very friendly and attentive. They want to make sure you are well looked after. I would highly recommend this home

We spent the month of February 2011 at Lucaya Coach House. The property is centrally located not far from Sanibel and only at short drive to Fort Myers Beach. There is so much to do and see , lots of restaurants as well as shopping close by. The complex itself is very well maintained and has a large heated pool, we spent many beautiful days relaxing there. As for the condo, the photos do not do it justice, the rooms are very spacious and decorated with such style, very comfortable and very clean. The owners were very accomodating and quick to respond to any of our needs. The condo is fully supplied with whatever your needs may be , they have truly thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Our Coach House should feel like home to our visitors and we have tried our best to accomplish this goal. This is the second year we have stayed in this wonderful Coach home. The home is pefect location for all that Ft Myers has to offer. The owners are wonderful and cannot be anymore accomodating. The home is very clean and very well cared for. Lacking nothing. We loved the Community of Lucaya nice pool club house and gym, people in the community very nice and friendly. I loved my stay and would recommend this home to any family or friends traveling to Ft Myers and I look forward to renting this home again in the future.

I just spent the month of Feb 2010 (the worst weather Florida has had in years) at the coach house at Lucaya. The location was excellent. Minutes from Sanibel or Ft. Myers beach if you wanted to try a beach day if the weather allowed. Also accessable to Coconut Point and Naples for fun shopping and dining. Exploring the city of Ft. Myers was also fun and had a lot to offer, from the Olympic museum to Ft. Myers repertory theater. The spaciousness of the coach house went a long way to making the shut in days not so bad. High ceilings, lovely furniture, TV's, open spaces and great kitchen were more than expected. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Our family had searched and searched, over the course of a few months, for the "right" home... as we were all travelling to Ft Myers for our daughter's wedding. This home was a god-send. The location was great. The home was immaculate... even exceeded our expectations! The owner was so kind and helpful, as we made preparation to rent the home. Seriously, it was a tremendous blessing to our family! We would LOVE to visit Ft Myers again, and rent this home! It was truly PERFECT!
