Both guest suites include private balconies, full bathrooms and flat screen TVs with DVD players.

The Penthouse features a large upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything needed to prepare a dinner party for the most discerning guest. The La Siesta Residence is comprised of 13 oceanfront units directly on Simpson Bay Beach. The Penthouse is one of 10 units in building A. Guests of the La Siesta Residence enjoy exclusive use of the beachfront pool and lounge area at the back of the residence.
