We rented this beautiful property for one week. We enjoyed it so much that we saved money - by not going out to restarants! We preferred to cook and eat on the deck overlooking Simpson Bay, listening to the waves. The condo had everything that one would want and then some. It was absolutely spotless, high end decor and only 2 blocks away from a large grocery store. There isn't a negative thing to say about the property and very difficult to suggest any improvements.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Our family of five just spent a wonderful Holiday Season at the Penthouse at LaSiesta.This is our second trip to the Island and La Siesta. We love coming to St Maarten because of the friendly people and the differing languages and customs displayed on the island. The Penthouse condo is an excellent place to stay in that it has a big balcony for viewing the water and all the boats anchored offshore. We would eat our meals out on the balcony which was heavenly. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked so preparing meals is easy. Having WiFi throughout made for some happy teenagers. The A/C allowed us to have comfortable nights. The main attraction is the beach which is in the shape of a crescent which offered us nice long walks on the white sand. After walking we would jump in the sea which was clear and just the right temperature. We found beautiful shells and enjoyed watching the kids play in the water. After the beach we would lounge at the condo pool which was pleasureable and allowed us to view the pool, beach, sea, and wonderful sunsets. We will be back!!!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.
