Hi, I’m Jon Spica the proud owner of this beautiful home on the beach in Santa Monica. I have been in real estate all my life and over the years I have acquired some of the best beach homes in the Santa Monica, Venice, and Marina Del Rey community. I specialize in placing renters in great homes.

The Santa Monica Downtown Beach Community including Venice and Marina Del Rey is a fabulous place. There is so much enjoyment in this small ½ mile square area. After living and working here I will never live anywhere else. You don’t even need a car. You can walk everywhere. In the last 10 years I still haven’t tried all the great restaurants. The city continues to add new thing and bring excitement to this much sought after area. Last year Cirque de Soleil was here for 6 months. In summer 2010 Santa Monica Place was completed, a 100 million dollar indoor/outdoor entertainment/shopping magnet, 3 blocks from the beach. (SOHO meets South Beach). In 2009 the beach front Annenberg Pool opened. This brand new 9 million dollar non membership beach club and pool is walking distance form down town Santa Monica. All of this is in addition to the one of a kind 3rd Street Promenade with fabulous shopping, zagat rated gourmet restaurants, movies, theatre, and night life.
The Venice Beach and Marina area has just as much to offer. The Venice Boardwalk is fun for shopping and people watching all year and it is always crowded because the weather is great. Main Street has great restaurants and more shopping. Abbot Kenny Street is another superb area and the Marina corridor at the Venice Pier is another great hangout place for the whole family. At the edge of town is the Getty Villa a fabulous newly restored museum. Don’t forget about Brentwood and Westwood just adjacent to Santa Monica. Even though you will not be able to hit all the great things in the Santa Monica community, you still may want to take the kids to Hollywood, Disneyland or Universal Studios/City Walk. These locations are an easy 10 to 30 minutes on the 10 freeway that you pick up in Santa Monica.
Don’t you want to live amongst the stars in an exclusive area most dream of living in? You may bump into celebrities as you walk to the café for your morning coffee or at dinner at one of Santa Monica Place’s exclusive new restaurants. My clients include professional athletes, musicians, and Hollywood producers. All my homes are meticulously kept up with luxury as the focus.

Everything is so close so we walk everywhere.
High end shoping, resturants, entertainers, movie theaters. All 3 blocks from the house.
Open Summer 2009. This is the first non members beach Club in Santa Monica. Donated by the Annenberg Family this is a great fun pool and beach house close to the house 10 minute walk for the house.
Great quick food. Morning breakfast or lunch/snacks. Also Rent Bikes and Beach stuff
Funky people, Street performers, fun stuff to buy. Great day time fun. Kids love it so much to see.
On the Top of the Huntley Holel. This Hollywood Style Bar/Resturant is one of my favorites.

We are the Spica family. We have lived in California for the last 10 years. Samantha, Sicily, Mia and I (Jon), very much enjoy spending time in and around our Beach House. It is like we are on vacation when we are here. I have been involved in the business of Finance, Real-estate and Development for the last 10yrs. Samantha is a wonderful wife and mother. We are fortunate to be in a position where she can stay home with the kids. However, she is pursuing her MBA as I would love to be able to flip flop roles some time down the road.
