A sub-zero and Decor kitchen, wet bar in the family room, 10 foot ceilings and tons of closet space. Outside you can walk to the 3rd Street Promenade with fabulous shopping, gourmet restaurants, movies, theatre, and night life. Enjoy vacation paradise with amazing sunsets and nightlights from Santa Monica Pier. The Spica House is placed in a very convenient location. Most people in the greater Los Angeles area need a vehicle to get to their designated locations. But this house is in an area where a vehicle is not needed. There are plenty of zagat rated restaurants and activities which can be enjoyed within walking distance of the property. You can stay here for more than a week with out renting a car and find plenty to do. You will also have a personal concierge, who will assist you with any restaurant reservations and any other assistance you need during your stay.
