The AFM transforms Santa Monica. The Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel and the Le Merigot Beach Hotel are converted into a busy marketplace. All 23 screens on the Santa Monica Promenade and the surrounding community become AFM screening rooms for the entire eight-day event and eight digital and video screening rooms are added just for the AFM. Participants may view more than 900 screenings of approximately 500 films

Open Summer 2009. This is the first non members beach Club in Santa Monica. Donated by the Annenberg Family this is a great fun pool and beach house close to the house 10 minute walk for the house.
Great quick food. Morning breakfast or lunch/snacks. Also Rent Bikes and Beach stuff
Funky people, Street performers, fun stuff to buy. Great day time fun. Kids love it so much to see.
On the Top of the Huntley Holel. This Hollywood Style Bar/Resturant is one of my favorites.

Dear Future Guest,
We are the Spica family. We have lived in California for the last 8 years. Samantha, Sicily, Mia and I (Jon), very much enjoy spending time in and around our Beach House. It is like we are on vacation when we are here. I have been involved in the business of Finance, Real-estate and Development for the last 10yrs. Samantha is a wonderful wife and mother. We are fortunate to be in a position where she can stay home with the kids. However, she is pursuing her MBA as I would love to be able to flip flop roles some time down the road. 3 years ago we built a new home closer to my office and were forced to sell our beach house :( Instead of selling we decided to rent our wonderful home out to vacationers. My family is so happy because we do not have to give up this amazing life style, just share it. Establishing this house as a vacation rental property defers many of the costs and allows us to share this wonderful experience of living on Santa Monica Beach in a magnificent home with the lucky few who become our guests. We hope you will be one of the lucky few. It is an experience you will hold with you forever.
