The Corte di Alice apartment is in Fondamenta degli Ormesini del Ghetto street in Venice, a lively area with many typical restaurants and bars, the historical events of this area did not damage its beauty. It is a very well-served area for the ones who arrive by train, the water bus is at 10 minutes walk (San Marcuola), but we suggest to reach the centre always by foot, walking along Fondamenta degli Ormesini street. This is not a tourist area, it is safe and peaceful.Corte di Alice apartment is a modern and elegant apartment,thanks to its outdoor courtyard you can have the possibility to spend a typical venetian style holiday, you can have outdoor dinners and breakfast.
The 70 square meter apartment has been recently refurbished.it is at ground level and has an independent entrance, it has a very wide living room with a sofa bed and a comfortable table for your meals. The kitchen is separated and is well-equipped, there are two bedrooms, one is a double bedroom and one has two single beds, the bathroom has a comfortable bath and is furnished with style and care for the details.
Other facilities available are TV, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, there is no air conditioning, however it is not required because this is a very fresh apartment thanks to its numerous windows.
