This spacious luxury, second floor two bedroom condo is just a four minute walk to the beach.
It is tastefully furnished and its open floor plan leaves plenty of space to spread out. The comfortable living room has TV and DVD.
Our modern kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you will need for entertaining your special guests or for a leisurely meal. The dining area has a large wrought iron dining table seating four.
There are also two balconies to enjoy the sun and the sunsets. From the front balcony you can sit and watch the sun set over Laguna Madre Bay. Or you can bask in the sun on the rear balcony off the master bedroom or watch the kids enjoying the POOL down below or take a refreshing dip yourself. The master bedroom also features a private bathroom with a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a large closet, so bring the kids or enjoy the company of your friends.
If you don’t feel like sitting on the front balcony to watch the sun set over Laguna Madre Bay, you can stroll down the beach or walk to popular restaurants and nightlife.
The condo has a phone with FREE local calls and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
South Padre Island is the longest barrier reef island on the Gulf of Mexico. The Island is only a few blocks wide, so you can walk to many events or rent a bicycle. A free Bus Shuttle will take you around the Island or to the town of Port Isabel. Give yourself a break and park you car on one of the two designated parking places.
There are lots of things to do on the island; Bay or Deep Sea Fishing, Horseback Riding, Jet Skiing, Sailing, Diving and Snorkeling, Windsurfing or enjoy a round of golf nearby.
Mexican border towns are within easy driving distance (make sure you have proper Identification).

We LOVED your place! It was VERY nice. The pictures here on the website are exactly what we saw when we walked in the front door. It's bright, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed our vacation so much, because of your beautiful condo. We would definitely come and stay again!

My 3 friends and I enjoyed our stay so much. The pictures here on the website are exactly what we saw when we walked in the front door. It's bright, clean and comfortable. We knew that the condo was in a good location when we looked at the map but were blown away when we experienced just how perfect it really was. The first day we walked to the grocery store which was only 3 or 4 blocks away. The condo was within walking distance of great restaurants, entertainment, and the beach! We rented some electric scooters (4 blocks away) to see more of the island and had a great time on them. I would definitely stay here again!

We just returned from a fabulous stay at Tropical Breeze. This condo is beautifully furnished and a really comfortable place to stay. We had everything we needed and loved coming back to it after our days out exploring South Padre. The description says its only 4 minutes to the beach, but we were still surprised at how close we were to the gulf. Its a great location. Everyone we met was so friendly. There was a nice sense of community which made us feel welcome and safe. We had a toddler with us and there was plenty of room for him to run around in the condo and lots of things we could do as a family (Check out Turtle Inc., an amazing turtle rescue center) within close distance. We would strongly recommend this rental to anyone!

We just returned from a 5 night stay in this condo and just kept asking ourselves why anyone would stay in a hotel when a condo like this is available! The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed having their own room. The beach is a short walk with two options for beach access, one access is a boardwalk when the sand is really hot on the other access. Friday night fireworks can be watched from the front deck. The condo is truly right in the center off all the action and walking to DQ and the go-karts was an extra bonus. The owners were nice and easy to work with! We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone!!

This is a great condo for families. The amenities are great with a fully stocked kitchen and beach toys for the kids. There were also plenty of cleaning supplies and really nice towels. We felt right at home. The beach is a short walk across the road, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. There's an outdoor shower at the condo, so we could play all day at the beach, shower off the sand, and let the kids jump in the pool while we grilled dinner. We've made it a yearly trip and are never disappointed!

This is a lovely condo---clean, beautiful and bright! It is practically brand new, beautifully furnished, and much more spacious than you can even see from the photographs. We were traveling with our 18-month old son and there was plenty of room for him to play and explore without knocking over precious knickknacks. The leather sofas were really comfortable and so was the bed. Ceiling fans in every room was great. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed to dine in. Honestly, it felt like we were staying in a brand new home. Huge closets and we loved the balconies, especially off the master bedroom. The condo is located on a quiet, tranquil street and yet is right in the middle of the island. Very short walk to the beach and easy walk to several restaurants, CVS, or even the grocery store (or DQ for your afternoon Blizzard fix!). The units must be well soundproofed because we never heard a peep from our neighbors (nice to know when you are traveling with kids). The owners were wonderful to deal with. This is an absolutely lovely condo and we will definitely return here when we come to Padre again.

This is a great condo in excellent condition and in a prime location! It's a very quick walk to the beach and many different restaurants and entertainment facilities. The private pool was nice and the two balconies were excellent to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the island. My wife and I enjoyed our week stay at this condo.
