This 2200 square foot, 2 story house is located in the southwest of Las Vegas, only 4 miles to the heart of Strip and 2 miles to the Las Vegas Boulevard, and it is between MGM and South Point (the new and 2nd largest casino in the world). This is a very comfortable house, and it is by far the best value vacation rental in Las Vegas.
The house is beautifully and completely furnished, and it has everything you need in a house--just bring your suitcase. Theres are 2 queen beds and 2 double beds and 2 single beds, and one double sofa bed in the loft. One bedroom with 2 single beds is downstairs, and loft and 3 bedrooms are upstairs. There is a minimum of $300 security deposit that you pay at the time of reservation, and it is refundable 1-5 days after you leave the house.

We 5 college classmates ( two of them came from China) had a wonderful stay ( 2011 Christmas) in this very comfortable house, This house has everything we need ( you even don't need to bring your own laptop) ! The house located in a very quiet community, and very convenient to Strips and outlet malls.....The owner is really helpful: we arrived on Xmas eve and had trouble to turn on TV ( since there was no instruction to follow), the owner ( not live nearby) response very quickly to help.... everyone had great memory for this house!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

My Company rented this home the 1st week of November, 2011, and we were very happy we did. We found it to be very clean and nicely furnished. The quality of the beds pretty much said it all. When someone goes to the expense to provide expensive mattresses you know your in a good place! The coffee pot was ready to go with water and coffee already prepared. The home was VERY convenient to all of Las Vegas with short drives to everywhere. I highly recommend this HOME. RR
