Come enjoy the serene views from this large, 3 bed, 3 bath, Canyon Run town home which sits on the Eagle River and looks out to the mountains. You will be far enough from I-70 that you won't hear the noise but close enough to be on the road in only a few minutes. Come sit out on the balcony in the setting sun light and listen to the river as you relax from a long day of skiing. If it is a little too cold just sit on the cozy inside next to the gas fireplace as you look out the wall of windows onto the majestic mountain range. After a long day on the mountain you won't have to go far to relax your muscles in the community hot tub. The hot tub is right out side the front door and down a few steps close to the river, but with a little privacy from the separating trees.
This is a newer unit, built in 1998, and has one of the better locations in Avon. From your front door of this well located condo you will be only a short walk away from Downtown Avon and the bottom of the Beaver Creek Resort and you will find Beaver Creek to be very close and Vail only a short drive away. You will be in walking distance of the BRAND NEW GONDOLA which will take you to Beaver Creek. You can be in West Vail in about 10 minutes. This condo is across the street from a local bakery and Starbucks, both always ready to help you start your day. To get your day started right, pull your warm car out of the attached garage and just a short drive will get you to the top of Beaver Creek for a day of Skiing, or if you choose not to drive just walk out the front door to the bus stop only feet away to catch a ride up on the Free Beaver Creek-Avon shuttle bus. A quick ride on the bus will drop you off at the new Beaver Creek Chair lift. You can also ride the bus to Downtown Avon to indulge in Avon restaurants and shopping, and the 40,000 square foot Avon Recreation Center with a fitness club, indoor pool and water park.
Enter the unit on the upper floor where you will find an open layout featuring a large living room, dining room, kitchen, den/bedroom, and outside deck. The living room faces south for great sun exposure and also has a gas fireplace to make things extra cozy. From the living room or attached balcony you can see the neighboring mountains and Eagle River. Both the living room and den/bedroom have a TV and DVD to enjoy at the end of the day. If you ever tire of eating out at all the great local restaurants you can use the fully-equipped kitchen to make a home cooked meal. On the upper floor nicely tucked away you will find a washer and dryer for your convenience.
On the lower floor is the master suite, and third bedroom both which have private bathrooms. Both bedrooms also have views of the Eagle River with a patio at ground level. The master suite offers a king bed while the 3rd bedroom has a large queen size bed. The master bath has an oversize soaking tub and separate shower as well as duel vanity sinks
Why stay in Vail or Beaver Creek for double the cost when you can have everything you need right here at Canyon Run.

Why the Owner Chose Avon
Our family has been coming to Colorado for skiing vacations every year since our kids were little. He have tried most all the ski locations in Colorado and after only a few trips we setteled on the Vail and Beaver Creak mountains and have been skiing there ever since. Both mountains provide great skiing, entertainment, and dinning experiences. The location is convient from either Denver or Eagle Airports and makes coming in and leaving a pleasurable experience.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our cozy condo is in a great location. In the town of Avon we have shopping, dinning, grocery stores and all the conviences. We are only a 2 minute drive the the Beaver Creak parking lots, or a 5 minute drive all the way to the base of the mountain. We are also in walking distance to the new Gondola in the town of Avon. Avon provides a great recreation center, park, and lake where regular events are planned during winter and summer. Our unit is on the river and we have large windows in both bedrooms and the living room and den which look out onto the river and mountains.

My wife and I currently live in Florida where we have spent most our lives. We have two adult children and 4 beautiful grandchildren living in Denver and Eagle Colorado. As we approach retirement we look to spend more time in our condo to be closer to our children and grandchildren.
