Just returned from a fantastic stay in New York and this place really made our stay wonderful! Everything was just great, the studio is spacious, light, warm and very, very well equipped, really everything one needs. The location can't be better and although we walked most of the time, the bus and subway so close by is very comfortable. Museums, restaurants, Times Square, Central Park, just one thing we want:to come back! Jan, thank you very much, also for the prompt communication! We certainly hope to come back next year.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Thank you to the Gordan's for sharing their wonderful studio apartment with us. We were very happy with all the amenities, cleanliness of the apartment and the overall location is fabulous! The water pressure in the shower was awesome! Plenty of towels, comfortable bed, and all the amenities you will need when staying in New York. The street noise (always present in Manhattan) was less than we expected due to the location of the building. The doormen were all professional and the concierge extremely polite and helpful. We felt very safe at all times. The location is terrific and we would not stay anywhere else when we return to New York! Thank you for sharing your home with us! HI! What can I say? We came home yesterday and we have already decide to save the money we need so we can come back soon. Iv been in New York 12 times now but I can say too you that this was the greatest time. We just loved your apartment. It was clean and neat and very homie, if you know what I mean. Larry and everybody who worked downstairs were great. Larry even let us have our luggage behind his desk the last day because we had a late flight. We shopped til we dropped. We were on MSG and watched Rangers-Red Wings and a couple of musicals. Great restaurants visits and a couple of miles in our legs because New York City are great to discover on foot. We give you and your apartment the highest rate so we can come back soon. I send your key back tomorrow (Monday). OK My wife even clean your apartment a little bit so we hope you are satisfied of us to. OK Please let us know if you have something on your mind. Send our best regards to Larry from us. Hi Jan, We have just returned home. We absolutely loved New York and a big part of that was the apartment. It was exactly what we wanted, its location was fantastic (two blocks to Broadway!!) and the facilities were great. We will definitely recommend it to anyone we know who is even considering going to New York. Also, you may remember we organised tickets to be sent to the apartment, they arrived via Fedex no problems at all, so if you had anything to do with that then once again thank you. Thanks

Hi Jan! We greatly appreciated our stay in New-york (June 15th.-20th. 2009). Your condo was SUPER CLEAN and well situated. Beds were comfortable.The High Speed internet signal was excellent. It was our first visit to New-York and we fell in love with this City. We hope to be back . We recommended your condo to our son who plan to visit New-York in a near future. The location is just great we hardly needed any transport since we were in the middle of town and could easily walk everywhere. Good food-shopping possibility just across the road. I traveled with my wife and son (8 yrs). The apartment location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Location is at a very short walking distance from theather district, Times Square and the Greyline tour buses. What a difference between the apartment's front street and Times Square!!! The public area (plaza) next to the building is extremely safe, relaxing and elegant. It is perfect to relax and rest after a busy day (or night!!!). Apartment is well maintained and beautifully decorated. Everything (grocery stores, restaurants, drugstores,etc.) at walking distance. We recommend the italian restaurant that is in the corner of 50th Street and 9nth Avenue.
