SUMMER/FALL: Renowned fly fishing area offers challenging fishing for the novice & the expert year round with direct access to the Truckee River. Ideal kayaking and river rafting conditions. Two reservoirs nearby offer additional fishing, boating, swimming & watersports, smallcraft sailing & windsurfing. Ample parking for vehicles, boats, ATV's, RV & trailers.

Sleeping Arrangements - Queen bed in Master Bedroom, TV/VCR/DVD. 2 twin beds in 2nd Bedroom, TV. Double futon in L/R. Single Loveseat w/fold-out bed in L/R. All bedding supplied, extra pillows.

Kitchen - Fully furnished gourmet kitchen with gas cook stove, professional pots, pans, utensils, & full spice collection. Granite countertops, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender. Serving island and separate dining area overlooking the Truckee River.

Bathrooms - 1 common bath downstairs with heated radiant floor, 6-foot tub, 1/2 bath upstairs. Towels, linens, and extra blankets supplied. Washer/Dryer, Ironing Board. Radiant Floor heated.
